I’m sad that it’s so far from where I live.The eggplant, Vietnamese crispy roll, and hot oil dumplings were particularly impressive. The rolls boasted a perfect balance of crispy texture and flavorful pork filling, while the dumplings were generously stuffed and perfectly sized. The adjustment of the hot sauce to suit local tastes was executed skillfully, without compromising too much of the authentic flavors.The deep-fried eggplant retained its vibrant purple color and shape, with flavors and fragrance concentrated beautifully on the surface. However, the highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Pho Tai. Served with tender beef cut exactly as it is in Hanoi, Vietnam, it showcased the chef's dedication to authenticity and quality ingredients.The Char Kway Teow demonstrated exceptional wok skills, with evenly distributed sauces coating the wide noodles, delivering an authentic flavor experience. It's evident that the chefs take great pride in their craft.Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was also impeccable. “This is the first time I've seen this named restaurant anywhere. Saw how 1 employee was giving out samples of their teriyaki chicken and witness the tasters actually returning back shortly after trying the sample and ordered from this eatery. I was watching as I was have my food from another vendor. I couldn't resist the temptation and I had to give them a try even though I just ate another meal already. So I ordered a chicken and shrimp combo for $10.00 and it was a generous portion of fried rice, vegetables and teriyaki chicken and shrimp. I enjoyed the dish, the sauce was not overly sweet. It very balanced, between sweet and savory.“
“Order and picked up from here tonight for dinner. The place was busssssy.. the staff was moving but at the same time tentative to the customers but with it so busy looked a little overwhelmed. The sushi was amazing. I would go there again any time if it wasn't so far. I recommend coming to this place if your in the area. I also recommend if you like a light and tasty sushi.. get the green fuji rolll.. taste like a salad. We also got the hurricane roll, Philadelphia roll, and the spicy tuna... all of it was delicious“
“Went on a quiet Sunday evening for my brother's birthday. As mentioned in other reviews, you wouldn't think much of it from the outside but it's clean and delightful once you're inside. We got chicken fried rice (huge portion that we shared) and 2 sushi rolls (picture: BFF on top, Tiger on bottom). I've only recently been talked into eating sushi, so I'm no expert but I thoroughly enjoyed it and we saved some back for lunch the next day!The waiter was kind and consistently came by to full our waters and didn't mind that it took me ages to decide what I wanted. The only slight wait we had was for our check, but on the bright side they weren't rushing us!Highly recommend if you find yourself in Norwalk and want a solid place to eat without the hassle of downtown parking!!“
“It's extremely hard to find a good Chinese place in the US, and especially in the northeast. This little place in New Canaan is literally the best Chinese place I know of in the tri-state area. The service is amazing, and the food is delicious and extremely flavorful. Be prepared to pay some high prices, it's not your typical Chinese place. But these prices are totally worth it. We've been there no less than 25 times in the last 5 or 6 years. And will continue to go there“

“I got take out here twice, today was my second time. My cousins recommended it and LC Chen did not disappoint. Only tried the pretty basic things but everything is good! I haven’t had good sesame chicken in a while and I just devoured theirs. SO GOOD. They deserve more customers!“
“The food is pretty decent for Hibachi. Service and atmosphere meh. When you walk in, it takes a few minutes for someone to just greet you. They may just have been short of staff the night we went. The serving sizes weren't consistent. We had to ask for sauces. I don't think I would go back.“
“I have been frequenting little kitchen since it was a take out spot on Main Street. They suffered a bit during covid and have come back stronger than ever. Ask for Tyler as your waiter. He is fabulous and very knowledgeable about the menu!!! Enjoy and don't be shy about asking for extra spice!!“
