I love ALOHO! The vibes and music were super fun and the cocktails were great. It’s refreshing to see a WLW/lesbian bar, and I can’t wait to visit again.Only minus is that the building is inaccessible, with lots of stairs. I’ve noticed the same thing about other bars/clubs in DC, just something to be aware of.
I hate to give this place only three stars because it could be amazing and I do frequent here often, but it does have room for improvement. The bartenders in the league are always very friendly and have great service, but unfortunately the bar area is small. since it adjoins with pitchers, it's always very overrun and tightly packed. Because it's attached to pitchers do expect there to be men sharing this space. It hasn't bothered me much but some men are still coming on to women...read full review

This is the place to be if you are gay mostly ladies, but everyone is welcome. Bartenders were fantastic, dance floor was poppin. First time here, they hit it outta the park. Definitely will be back!
