“I was searching for a karaoke spot on a Thursday night. After calling about 8 different places, I found this one and had driven 40 min to Christiana pub. Didn't look too promising outside at first, but when I entered the girl that was singing Tennessee Whiskey was phenomenal and the good vibes were most definitely there. Place was clean and locals were very friendly (no weirdos lol) and everyone was having a great time. My only complaint is the bartender Lexi was very rude when I entered and also when I went to get a drink. As a former bartender and server of 8 years, and as a first time customer, had it not been for the dj and the locals I might not have come back based on her initial attitude towards me. Other bartender (didnt get her name) was attentive and more relaxed as she was working. My suggestion is that every person who walks in the door is a paying customer and should be made to feel welcomed. Other than that, great time great drinks, great crowd, would still recommend 👌”

“Food was delicious as always. Ordering was super easy at the kiosk. Wait time wasn't too long, and food was cooked fresh after you ordered. Their Honeybar was amazing. Highly recommend the cheescake honeybar.”

We wanted a kid-friendly atmosphere with a family friendly menu, and they hit all of the marks.

Zoey, our waitress was patient, informative and responded well to our need for a speedy dining experience. Although we ended up taking our food to-go as we were pressed for time, the presentation, portions, taste, and overall quality was some of the best we've experienced whilst dining at a chain establishment. They even heeded our request to change to our favorite football game!

My husband and I agreed that should the time present itself we would return to, Red Robin based on our first experience.

“I am not an iced coffee drinker… but lord have MERCY… ???? Starbucks has turned me with their Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso!!! Something magically addictive in that Blonde Espresso Roast… also got a Mocha Frappe and a very blue Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher.

“I came to Metro Diner this morning off the humbug. I was starving & was craving some chicken & waffles from somewhere close in the area. Surprisingly the chicken was very seasoned and crispy. The waffles were also very tasty and soft. The strawberry butter mixed with their signature hot sauce was also pretty good. Alicia was my server. She was such a doll :) Her knowledge of the menu is impeccable and she took very good care of me. “TY for accommodating our party of 18 on a Saturday… Your fried calamari was so yummy, the flight of soup was a brilliant idea for someone who’s undecisive to be able to sample 3 different cups, my crab cake was so amazing - I’m drooling just thinking about the jumbo lumps of crab chunks!!! By the way hubby & I noticed the American Psycho decors right away as we’re huge fans of the book & movie. Last but def not least, the service was great even though there were 18 of us with some loud kiddos.”

“The bartenders there serve people that are obviously visibly drunk and falling off their stools! When I brought it up to the bartender, she said I misread the situation and it was none of my business! So, I went to the manager and she repeated pretty much the same statement like it was scripted because it continuously happens! I wonder if the owners are aware of these actions because honestly the bartender and manager should be fired for those kind of attitudes as it's illegal to serve visibly impaired patrons at a bar! Sad! 🤔😔 I actually have to add, it's a shame that the staff isn't the best, because the concept is great, the events are fun and our group which usually numbers 10 to 15 people enjoy hanging out there for the events and the food which is reasonable and pretty good! 💝😎👍”

“Food was excellent. What’s a good Italian restaurant without good Italian bread? None was offered to enjoy the juices that remained on the bottom of our dish. It is also unfortunate that wine could not be enjoyed with our meal, a neighborhood thing we were told. If coming during a cold winter night don’t forget to dress extra warm, a warm cozy atmosphere wasn’t present…..but our food was the best I have had in Wilmington.”

“Excellent pizza! Didn't want to judge too quickly so decided to wait until we ordered again. This time, it was just as good and the service was just as helpful and friendly. I am gluten free, (not celiac) so we gave theirs a shot along with the regular ones we ordered. All I can say is WOW! I have tried so many places in the area hoping to find a GF crust that resembles 'real' pizza, and Stone Mill has figured it out! I asked if it was cauliflower crust or a blend, and the person answering the phone happily gave us the ingredients of what it is made from, without sounding annoyed at the time it took to explain. The crust is great, not pre-made and thankfully not cauliflower. It's not paper thin and came out well done with that charred look and wood fire taste like original crust has. But most importantly, it was delicious. It's not a tiny little 10" crust, or a personal size - it's the same size as all the others. (I was so excited when I saw it I dove right in without taking a picture!) The whole experience, from the politeness when ordering on the phone, to the finished products were great. It's amazing how many places make it sound like they are doing you the favor when they take an order. Great pizza and great service. This is the only place we will order from going forward.”

“The food was prepared well the duck was delicious and juicy, the little gem salad was good yet not as spicy as I anticipated from the description. The braised short ribs were very flavorful and melted in your mouth. The potatoes were crispy with a nice salty coating. The halibut was tasty yet uninspired. The grilled mushrooms were very well prepared but the rest of the dish was lacking a place of it's own; just kind of bland fish dish on puréed potatoes which let's face it is the least creative side. Dessert was well thought out and prepared. I had the pistachio torte which was excellent and my gorgeous date had the chocolate cake which was similarly excellent. For cocktails the Amalfi spritz was refreshing with a hint of hibiscus and not bitter like an Aperol spritz and the bone dry dirty martini met the mark.”

“Great ice cream, fun atmosphere, even has live music on occasion. It’s pet friendly and our dog loves visiting and being able to go check out the cows when they are out.

Parking: Parking is on gravel and lawn areas. It does get busy especially in the summer.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love ice cream. There’s a large lawn that the kids can run around in while you spend time here.”
