“If I could give you a six stars, I would we were staying at the Hilton Clearwater Beach and noticed your sign. Just a block away. We love to eat locally mom and Pop stuff. This is a great location food staff. Ian was our waiter. He is a little quirky, but just what we need when traveling with small children he was engaging and again just high spirits across the board love Clearwater so glad to see you guys are 100% after the hurricane last year. “Walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile by Malcom who helped us choose the best options. I so wanted to try the gizzards but they were sold out-they must be good! We had the garlic snow crab platter and had them spice it up a bit, so buttery and flaky. We also tried the garlic shrimp platter which had plenty of large shrimp and both had delicious butter soaked potatoes and corn on the cob too. Then we had the fried catfish with seasoned fries. This is a take out only location and all the better for it. When we picked up our order we got to meet "Little Pompey" who was rang us up and thanked us for our business. Any platter you choose Snow Crab, Blue Crab, Shrimp will be worth it just ask for a little heat if you like it!“

“A frequent visitor to Clearwater recommended the original franchise to us. The food is the best we have had on this island! Our first day there we had grouper cheeks and a shrimp Poboy. If you have never had grouper cheeks, you definitely must try! The food was so good. The second day we went back and had the stone clause, jalapeño hush puppies, and the special garlic crab fries. The food was amazing, but the service was just as amazing. We love to sit up at the bar and Katie was with us the first day and Megan was with us the second day.. Love singing at the bar so we can chat with the locals. We’ll definitely be back at our favorite place on the island.“

“Tried Drift, finally! It is amazing! The restaurant is gorgeous, and the outdoor bar sets the “bar” in the Clearwater Beach market for views, drinks, vibe. The drink menu and bar has everything one could want!! We had the focaccia bread and it was incredible! That parm cream dip was unique and stands as one of the best apps I’ve ever tried in the area. The steak burger was very, very good. My wife got the buttermilk chicken sandwich, and wow wow wow. The dessert menu is on point, highly recommend getting the pistachio tiramisu and the chocolate “pot” haha.

And through it all, our server, Robby, was on point, knowledgeable, very personable, and made the experience even better! Highly recommend trying drift. When you get there, ask for Robby’s table.“

“What a walk down memory lane this is!!! We haven’t been to Bobby’s Bistro, or its more upscale sister restaurant the Beachcomber in years. Twenty years ago, these two restaurants were the absolute “It” place, the best in Tampa. Amazingly, the decor is exactly the same as 20 years ago but somehow doesn’t look dated at all. The food was fantastic. We met George, our server, who is a bit of a celebrity, and he was super nice and gave me a supersized shot! Glad to give this notable establishment a great review!“

“We had a wonderful dinner at Bijouix. Our server, Connie, was incredibly nice, attentive, and helpful. She made our first experience at this great restaurant so enjoyable. The food was delicious and are generous portions. The desserts (had the bread pudding and the cobbler) were unique in flavor and very good. Definitely a place we will return to.“

“A wonderful meal last night was a last-minute decision following a flight delay nearby airport. Walked in seated at a table in the bar room. Kim was our server. Wonderful all around! Have eaten here several times but she had so many interesting and perfect menu options that were all new to me. She definitely knows her stuff! Our party enjoyed the Wagu Ribeye, the braised, beef and cheese ravioli special, and the chicken marsala. Appetizers wonderful house salad resembling Columbia‘s famous 1905, and Stone crab appetizer two claws, two dipping sauces, and plenty of squeezed lemon. Dessert included the blueberry special crum cheesecake, chocolate, ice cream, and Bananas foster their house specialty. Wish I could remember the name of one of our party’s cocktails, it was presented to the table in a fantastic wooden box which when opened a barbecued smoke billowed out from it. A bourbon drink perhaps? Have been to numerous restaurants in the Tampa Bay area and Bascom’s hands-down has over-the-top phenomenal service start to finish. Thank you to everyone for a lovely evening meal.“

“The managers both Carlie and Justin were both very accommodating when I called to make a reservation for 20 to celebrate a birthday at the restaurant. Our server Devon did an outstanding job and was absolutely fine regarding our request for multiple checks. The food was simply delicious and the prices were reasonable. “Im a frequent visitor of the "left coast" beaches. This trip brought me to Clearwater for an afternoon Phils game at BayCare Ball Park....Stopped in Philly Joes before the game. Had a great initial feeling when we walked in when some local firefighters were enjoying their lunch. Always a good sign...Split a cheese steak fried onions and order Fries with the wifey. Had the steak with Joes homemade velvety smooth cheese sauce which was delicious. Also was provided with couple side cups filled with the cheese sauce to dip our fries. Steak was delicious and roll was OK. I'm spoiled living here in the Philly area as far as rolls go. Food was prepared and served by Joe himself who was behind the line. Place was incredibly clean which Joe took an incredible amount of pride in when we spoke to him for a few mins on our way out. Joe is a true NE Philly guy that's putting out a great product in the Clearwater area.“

“We walked in for dinner before the Alison Krauss concert yesterday and had a blast. The food was on point and they were packed but still able to run everything. We sat in the middle room, on the high top, next to the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place. Also, to the lady managing food leaving the kitchen, which made everything work, we had to resist screaming we have jazz hands every time you yelled "I need hands" LOL... Most importantly, there were four of us and we had an appetizer before our entrees. Everyone had a different dish and they were all excellent.“

“I ordered the spicy garlic shrimp w/ plain fried rice. My favorite part was how well the veggies were cooked and the sauce was flavorful and just the right amount of spice. The rice was a little dry and I was disappointed that there were only 6 shrimp they were so good I wanted more!

“We had a great time here. Our room was perfect with beautiful views of the ocean, pools and the city. Couldn’t have asked for a better room. The pool with the glass looking over the ocean was awesome. I especially loved that the pools were on the 6th floor overlooking the ocean with great views of all the boats. A plus for having an ice water container with cups on the outside bar by the pools for very hot days! The beach was only about a 2 block walk and Shepherds beach resort is only a couple hotels down to go for their awesome outside bands every night. Very quiet at night so you can have a good night sleep. We will definitely be back soon 😊“
