“I want to thank the front desk supervisor Theresa and her staff for making our trip to Cocoa Beach great!! From the time we arrived to when we left everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. When we got to our room we had an issue and my husband spoke with the front desk about it. Theresa was quick to find us two other rooms for us to look at and we did move to another room. Theresa was so pleasant and understanding. We were much more comfortable when we moved to another room and the view was great!! Thank you again to Theresa and her staff for making us feel like family!! They gave us great tips on where to go and directions when we needed it. The location of the hotel was great too!!“
“The chef took amazing care of us. The fish dip was smokey and perfect, and the chicken salad was super fresh. The tacos were insane! Great ambiance! Mat our server was lovely. The yucca fries and Sriracha mayo to die for. Sour beer on tap. They the BLT it's insane!“

“The service by the host & waitresses were top notch. Very accommodating & friendly. All of our meals were outstanding! I had the pesto shrimp great flavor! My wife had the Parmesan encrusted mahi she loved it. My daughter had the lobster pot pie & raved about it! I highly recommend this place! I will be back!“
“Excellent local spot impressively, curated, wine selection. Initially, I thought the large selection of orange wines involved the fruit somehow, but our waiter explains that it is still a well-known grape wine, but the name simply comes from the color. The dining experience is classic tapas, with lots of shareable small plates. The selection is fantastic and pairs very well with the wines.“
“Been wanting to stop here but since they close at 2 pm I always miss my opportunity. lolToday being out on PTO, decided to treat myself to lunch so I stopped in. Got me a roast beef melt with potato salad as my side. Cool place. Lots of sandwich, subs options. Definitely will come back with the hubby.“
“We've been here a few times but my recent visit prompted my review. Our waitress was Kailey. (I hope I spelled her name right.) She was funny and attentive. Apparently my fish and chips were overcooked and she even told the kitchen she wasn't serving that to me, and had them drop another one. The second one came out a little dark (but not burned) and the front of the house manager came over without my asking, and told me if I didn't like it they'd cook me anything else. However, the second attempt was fine and I enjoyed it, even though it was a little over cooked. The excellent service is why I wanted to write this review. Thank you all for making sure we had a good experience.“
“Birthday celebration with the fam. Waitress Stephanie was great, there was no wait when we walked in . Service was prompt . Food was excellent as Sonny's food is . What I had, the big deal . Sandwich and two sides was more than enough for me , youngest had all you can eat turkey with two sides , oldest had brisket dinner with two sides . Fun was had by all , they came out singing happy birthday with banana pudding which they are famous for(understandably so if you kno anything about southern cooking) Redneck Egg Rolls were ah-mazing as usual, the BEST coleslaw.“

“Ok so the verdict is in! Goombay's Beachside got it going on. The food was fresh not over seasoned nor salty. I could taste my fresh Maui Reuben and my husband loved his cod. Shannon was the best hostess. The owner even came out and greeted us. The conch salad was so tender and you know if you can get conch salad you know what you’re doing. The clam neck I. Butter sauce OMG it melted in my mouth and wanted to just drink that sauce. So come on down folks this is the place for sure for a nice meal and right across from the ocean. “First time at The Chefs table Wednesday nigh, went with a group of friends. The ambiance was beautiful, smells were heavenly and everyone that greeted us was happy and friendly. I ordered a glass of Pinot noir, it was freshly opened and really nice for a by the glass wine. We started with perfectly prepared warm Italian rolls, served with trays of lavender butter, pesto and roasted garlic, best way to start a meal. I had a Caesar salad, can't go wrong, then had the special, a snapper beautifully seasoned and seared with delish lobster risotto, large yummy chunks of lobster tail, absolutely delicious! I ended my meal with tiramisu, it was so good! Being Italian I not only appreciate great food but this was so much more! The owners wife a beautiful young woman came over at the end to check on everyone and make sure everyone's palette was completely satisfied, she was so genuine and truly cared! You can't ask for much more than this! Chefs table was excellent!“

“I enjoyed the most delicious grouper sandwich ever! The breading is perfect! Homemade sauces are what really makes this place stand out. Onion rings are really good also. What could be better than this? The customer service! Grace was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed have a wonderful lunch outdoors on the waterfront patio. This place is a ? gem. “A friend and I ate there yesterday. The food and service were excellent. Since covid, this Sonnys has been very hit or miss, and because of this, I haven't eaten here quite as often. In the past, you would be standing at the front to be seated, and nobody would acknowledge you standing there. After about 10 minutes I would leave with my group of friends. I heard many other people say the same thing. Also, they don't let you order ahead and eat in their dining room when you get there, you can only order to go and take it with you. That doesn't help when you are on your lunch break and have limited time with your coworkers. After covid, the food took a long time to come out of their kitchen. So, they have lost a lot of business by not being able to seat people and then taking a long time to get their food out for the past few years. I hope the experience I received yesterday is the new norm so I can start going there more often. I love Sonnys food when it is cooked and served correctly. My rating is based on yesterday's experience. I took off a star for my past experience. Had I rated them in the past, it would be a zero star rating if I could.“
“Updated review after all the chaos! The food is excellent. The menu has changed minimally but what I will say the end result is still awesome! I want to give a shout out to David. He’s one of the cooks… He actually comes out and talks to you about the quality of your food, and he cares… imo. Eitan is new…engaging and upbeat! I’m sure there’s a boycott going on.. I get it, but I just say remember at the end of the day the workers are innocent victims and the product is still great! That’s all!“
“Spent 3 days (Feb 2024) at the Radisson at the port, Cape Canaveral. We (4 adults and 2 children) were super impressed with the breakfast buffet at the Flamingo Restaurant inside. We have 2 family members who are gluten-free, soy and dairy free and we appreciated the extra care Brenda took in preparing their omelets. Kaytlynn is super friendly and an excellent waitress helping us navigate through food options and making sure we had lots of hot coffee and orange juice. “We stayed at the hotel across the street before and after our cruise. When we asked for a food recommendation when we arrived, she told us to go try the “Crack Mac” across the street. We were so glad that she gave us the recommendation. We had been to multiple different restaurants over the previous weeks and this was the first time that EVERYONE was happy with their food. There wasn’t a single complaint. We went on the cruise and I craved the burger and Mac n cheese the entire time. We all agreed that we were going back to Big Daddy J’s when we got back. We did and it was delicious again. If I ever return to Cocoa Beach, Big Daddy J’s will be a must visit for me.“
