New American Restaurants in Vero Beach, FL

“My husband, our 1 1/2 year old, and I went to treat ourselves to a nice meal. My husband has a culinary degree so we are very skeptical about where we eat out. We don't like to spend money on anything we can make better at home. This exceeded our expectations. We did NOT have a reservation and arrived a little after 7pm. The host made a face and proceeded to ask the manager Amy if they could get us in. The host came back and said 15 mins. After 15 mins we were seated at a table outside and Amy noticed our little one anxious for food of course, and brought the most delightful corn muffins promptly. That was extremely thoughtful. Eddie came over shortly after and greeted us, we ordered the filet and the special sea bass. Eddie was very attentive and professional, he seemed to always show up at the right time. the filet dish has so many wonderful layers of flavor to it. We left feeling amazing and fulfilled with a great meal and service. Definitely can't wait to come back again!“

“Such a unique, local spot with great food and live music! We had the curry pot pie, mac n cheese of the day/ steak sandwich, and the Heath bar fondue. We were stuffed by the time we left! Also, GREAT live music and the decor is really intriguing. Great service too, definitely recommend. Also recommend the Skittles “

“The menu was unique and creative and the food was amazing. One of the entrees was a TV dinner served in a silver plate, (not exactly the rectangular foils ones we grew up with, I'm happy to report), but a round silver plate with little compartments. We had the trout TV dinner which was over risotto and covered with crab meat, and the salmon which came with yams smothered in a delicious sauce. My only complaint was it was so yummy that I ate the whole thing and didn't have any room for dessert. ? Trust me when I say they looked amazing too.PS And in keeping with the diner theme, they served biscuits, like old fashioned buttermilk biscuits. They were yummy but a bit on the salty side.“

“Dinner Revolution came highly recommended by an acquaintance. It’s been on our list to try. We didn’t feel like dressing up for our anniversary dinner, but we wanted excellent food. And, we were not disappointed! We were happy to find the same quality yummy food, that can be found in an upscale restaurant, but priced lower. Especially with everything going on with food prices these days, we felt like we hit the jackpot! Make sure to try the bread with shallot butter - Yum! We loved our server, who was fantastic and happens to be the chef’s brother! He told us that they have meal prep containers that can easily be picked up from their fridge for under $10! When you consider the prices these days for fast food, this price point is amazing for much higher quality meals! We look forward to trying the meal prep meals and going back to Dinner Revolution for dine in, or take out. We were so impressed that we wanted to write a much deserved 5 star review. Don’t hesitate if you are looking for delicious food, and staff who truly care about providing an outstanding experience, while dressed in jeans and your favorite T-shirt!“

“A friend recommended this place, and now I do too! Fantastic energy with a hipster vibe. The food is so fresh, the menu is super yummy and offers vegan and gluten-free options. I got the Green Greed smoothie and it was smooth and tasty. The power bowl was super fresh and delicious. I came in just as they were closing up (which I didn’t realize) and they were super nice and patient with taking my order. Very nice people and good fresh food.“

“This was our first time here and it will definitely not be our last. We love the decor and atmosphere of the restaurant. The hostess and wait staff were all professional and friendly. Our waiter took extra time to explain dishes and answered any questions we had. Our meals were fantastic with all fresh mainly local ingredients! We finished off our meal with a couple fabulous made in house desserts! We couldn't have asked for a better meal. Can't wait to return to see what's on the menu!!“

“We decided to meet at 7:00 pm for dinner at Kitty’s This was my second time back bringing 2 friends who have never been there. We waited out front for around 20 minutes as they do not take reservations. The place was full on a Tuesday evening. We sat down and were greeted by waiter Clint. After ordering 3 glasses of wine we put our dinner request of 3 orders of their delicious scallop dinner. 10 minutes later Clint returned to tell us the scallops were sold out ?. We ordered 2 duck specials and the sword fish ?.“

“When I saw the reviews about this restaurant, I knew we had to eat here! My fiancé has severe food allergies and they took such wonderful care of him. Everything was so fresh and made from scratch. The flavor of every dish was absolutely amazing! We can’t wait to come back again when we visit Vero Beach! This is definitely a do not miss place when visiting!“

“We had an early reservation and were greeted and drinks came promptly. Food was really good but took a long time to order. Once we made up our minds it had suddenly become very busy. As others mentioned it appears to be understaffed. Our waiter was professional and exceptional. Once we ordered our food the food came promptly and was very hot and delicious.The only thing was we were asked to leave for the next reservation so no offer of coffee or dessert. Looks like it’s a fairly 2 hour limit, which isn’t much for 4 people having appetizers and main courses with alcohol.Would go again, maybe not in high season???“

“We got the mild buffalo parmesan wings, pizza rolls and mozzarella sticks with Marinara and fries. All the food was cooked hot to order. The wings were super flavorful. They were a tad bit heavy on the grease though maybe becuase they toss it in parmesan and butter Fter already being deep fried. The mozzarella sticks were very good, Crunchy and cheesy. The pizza rolls tasted like an eggroll stuffed with pepperoni and a little sauce. Great flavor but just too greasy for me to try more than 1 small peice. The family was very charming and the atmosphere was friendly.“

She had a full compliment of tables and still got our food out hot and correct.I specified I really wanted to FrenchFries hot and they actually came out burning hot.I know that doesn't sound like a big deal but most of the time if you ask a place to have hot fries come out hot they do.Great job.“

“We were looking for a place to get a real pizza so I stopped at NAPA and asked them where to go and the man suggested Nino's Corner across the street. My second question to them was, do you all eat there and he said yes and often and it is great. He was correct, it was great and the Pizza was excellent too. It was Saturday about 12:30 and they were jamming, always a great sign when an establishment is busy. “This restaurant has the most amazing food in Vero Beach. While it may take a while for your food to arrive, everything was cooked perfectly and super flavorful. The pasta was so well done and the service matched the food quality. I would highly recommend Citrus to everyone but make sure you book early because it’s very popular.“

“The atmosphere is fantastic. Beautiful waterfront dining. Angelica, our server was excellent. She was responsive and personable. The calamari was excellent. Our mains were good but ala carte - salmon and ribeye. The sides were underwhelming. Brussels were overly charred. Creamed spinach wasn’t steak house creamy with cheese wheel as server described. We saw a Space X launch from our seats on the patio. Very cool!“
