“I can not say enough about Shingo. This was my birthday weekend & my boyfriend surprised me. The dining experience was spectacular with the most amazing quality & artistry I’ve ever had. Everything was delicious, along with the gorgeous presentation & attention to detail.

The staff was spot on professional, knowledgeable & truly beyond expectations.

“Without a doubt, this is my absolute favorite sushi spot in Miami. Tonight's meal was incredible! The Tiradito appetizer was a revelation – the fresh salmon, tuna, and white fish, simply dressed in lime juice with a hint of salt and seeds, were melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The sushi pizza? An addictive fusion of Latin flavors that's impossible to resist. I also tried two new items: the Kiss Me Twice Roll with roasted bell peppers and the Dubai Crepe, both instant favorites. The atmosphere and food presentations is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. Every visit brings new and exciting flavors, ensuring I'll be a regular for a long time. Thank you Sushi Kong“

“Recently, I enjoyed a spectacular experience at the place called Suchi Sake UM. The variety of sushi they offer is exceptional, with fresh flavors and impeccable presentation that really highlights the quality of the ingredients.

What really elevated the experience was Yailen's exceptional service. His in-depth knowledge of different types of sushi and his ability to recommend the perfect pairing was impressive. Yailen suggested the ceviche rolls, and I must say it was one of the best recommendations I have ever received. The freshness of the ingredients and the combination of flavors perfectly complemented our experience.

“We had an absolutely amazing dinner here. Unassuming, intimate restaurant that easily accommodated our party of five. I asked for the vegan box listed on the menu, but was told they did not have all the ingredients to make the usual dishes, so the chef Kevin created a menu just for me. He was so creative, inventive, and excited about every dish he brought out of the kitchen, and each one was more delicious than the last. I am technically pescatarian, so a few of the dishes had fish sauce, but he would have easily accommodated me with a vegan or vegetarian menu as well. It was honestly one of the most incredible dining experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Miami/ Coral Gables area.“
