“Being the circumstances Brittany the MGR really stepped up to the plate and has the ball rolling. Tonight 2.21.24 she was the only worker and with mobile orders over $100 back to back she made sure that we were all taken care of or at least told about what was going on. And i did have to wait until she was free with them but hot fresh food and service with a smile she really pulled the whole interaction around. And she needs a raise! Being the only MGR/ only associate in the building and working drive thru, filling orders, and keeping her customer service was awesome to see. All I know is that any manager I've ever known would've called the GM and told them they could close the restaurant, but she tackled it beautifully. I know at the end of the day when I drove away that I was pleased with my experience even though a little rough at first being a 45 minute wait. But she truly turned it around and made me happy to come back. If I could say anything it's that if Brittany can run a restaurant by herself then she has proven she could own one and do the easy lifting for once. I've come here before and had many interactions with her and I have never had anything bad to say about her service or anything at all. Tonight just really reestablished that! Brittany is the heart and sole of the checkers at fern park!!! Without her I doubt you'd have a checkers there anymore.“
“This Mcdonalds made my whole week!! They are wonderful! I went here in the middle of the night. It was cold and windy. Due to maitland city laws about late night business operation, I was denied service at the location there as the employees sat warm and smiling inside. So on I traveled to the next town over in search of those luminous golden arches. Yes the service was slow, as cars ambled through the drive thru, but I was willing to wait to satiate my desire. I am a chef by trade, and when I get McDonalds, all I really want is salty fries, for the love of God, please salt the fries, it is all I ask on your part. The fries, while they had probably been held over the limit, were wonderfully salted. The burger I order plain, and add the condiments at home.The real home run here was this: I ordered a McFlurry with extra oreo. I was charged for two but I only vaguely noticed that my order seemed more expensive. I am a man who is fine with having two McFlurrylies. When I went to eat them, I was delighted find them loaded with oreos, as someone took the time layer ice cream and oreos together in both of cups. My night was truly made as I sat in total enjoyment of your fantastic food. And I was super high.Order # 126702/07/24“
“I have never felt compelled to leave a review of any business until i stopped at the fern park Krystal location in front of Lowe's off of 1792. The food i would not feed a stray dog. I watched the guy making food keep pulling up his pants with both hands and continued making food. Hair on the rim of my cup. Sprite tastes like garden hose. Not one pleasantry uttered. It wont happen again. No need for a robot response“
“Would'nt except the customer service to be good at kfc locations, but Tara and Kia proved me wrong. Tara gave excellent customer service and was so polite. When taking my order. They both made sure my order was correct. Great assets to your company. This is about the second time Tara took my order and was great each time.“
“I was just home from a medical appointment and couldn’t drive so I decided to order lunch from Mooyah’s. They were prompt. The food arrived hot and ahead of time. The burger was tastee as was the hand cut fries. I like all the bun options. I will definitely order again and try more of the burger options.“
“I kept hearing about this place a lot especially on YouTube and Tiktok. So I decided to see what the hype was about. Its located in Downtown Orlando. They are mostly known for their Roast Beef sandwiches. It looked like the 70s inside of there. News articles, photos, and T shirts on the walls.I had the Smoked Turkey Deluxe with Tator Tots and a Root Beer. It was delicious! =DExcellent customer service. I highly recommend it. :-)“

“The food was absolutely incredible! They are very affordable and extremely generous on portions! They have both indoor and outdoor dining options. Both are really nice, however, the outdoor dining option is an entire esthetic vibe. Surrounded by palm trees, waterfall, overhead lights hanging, etc.Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian options, and alternatives. Also, majority of their dishes would still be amazing when removing the meat (asking them to hold the meat when making your order).Dietary restrictions: They have Keto / Low Carb options“
“Not usually a fan of Americanized fried fusion items (not everything is fried, of course) but King Bao is the obvious exception. The slower service during lunch hours is the product of an understandably high volume of customers, and I'd consider it worth the two or three extra minutes I usually wait for the food here. I wish I could comment on more of the menu, but I'm such a sucker for the truffle tots and the Firecracker Shrimp bao that I tend to find myself ordering the usual instead of trying out new options. There's a chicken bao that's really good too, and I remember one of the specials a little while back (not sure if they still have it), the Baja Avocado was bomb.“
