“There is something heart warming and comfortable about dining at Tropical Acres. Yet, dining here has a classy, upscale feel with traditional white table clothes and professional service. Even on a busy day like Easter, the service was impeccable. (The servers even found time to cater to the baby we had in tow!) The prime rib was simply the best I've ever had and the other traditionally themed dishes were delicious: lamb, beef wellington, escargot. I would recommend this restaurant, particularly for those who appreciate true DINING. Basque in the sounds of the live piano played at volumes that define background and allow for conversation. “Great atmosphere, came for lunch on a rainy day wasn’t packed but was busy we got seated fast and our waitress was on point everything I order came like I wanted, keep the good work side note waiter need to be more attentive to the tables meaning if need more drinks refill type because we ended up asking someone else to please bring more Beer because waiter was in other tables but not making sure the others tables seated needed something else! “I literally can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our dining experience here. For someone who is incredibly choosy about my dining experience I was super impressed. Our server, Maxwell, for our first visit was incredibly knowledgeable about the different cuts of steak and provided excellent wine recommendations as well. He anticipated our every need and was very personable & polite. The Australian Waygu filet was the absolute best steak I have ever tasted and is now my first choice when available. Pair this with the Darioush Cabernet for an unforgettable experience. The chef prepares the steak perfectly to temperature which is not as common as it should be. Our second visit we sat in Sky’s section and she was absolutely lovely as well & provided equally perfect service. This is a must go to spot if you enjoy an upscale dining experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“The filet was excellent and very tender. The escargot appetizer and stuffed mushroom appetizer were both a great start to a fantastic birthday dinner. The side dish of sautéed spinach and loaded baked potato completed the meal. It was a great evening!“

My only problem and the reason of the 4 stars is that if you order online to eat on the restaurant the 20%Tip was mandatory which is a pretty unsavoury and honestly didn't really appreciate the surprise. “We decided to try this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. We are happy we did. The food was top quality and the service superb. The brussel sprouts and shrimp are awsome! Two minor observations, the music was a little too loud. It was hard to hear the waiter. The other one, it was rather dark inside. It was hard to see the menu. Other than that, we loved it and would definitely go back.“

“We tried council oak for dinner one night and was very pleased. The atmosphere is great and the service is so friendly and attentive. It was quite busy when we went but the food came out hot and quick. We ordered iceberg salads, calamari, baked potato, garlic herb fries, creamed spinach, Brussels sprouts, filet mignon, and salmon. Everything was excellent and the prices were just right. The bacon chunks in the wedge were to die for. The steak was cooked just right at medium rare. We didn’t get dessert because there wasn’t a big option. Other than that excellent steakhouse.“

“Food was excellent Vibe was great You would never know this place was so good From the outside it looks like a dumpy place It's really nice inside and the food is authentic My only complaint is it's a bit pricey at $38 a person that doesn't include drink or dessert At The Knife they used to give you a bottle Of wine or a drink with diner which made it really worth it In total our bill was $109. I had a glass of wine I think that's expensive Overall it was a great experience. I would come again hopefully they add the drink and dessert to the buffet“

“Our server Jeffery was very attentive and helpful. He was patient and helped us to figure out what we wanted to eat. He check on our table several times throughout our meal. He fully explained how to use the electronic hand held pay machine. The food was wonderful, the bread was great, the meal was appropriately timed so we didn't have to rush through our appetizers. “Last month, my daughter and I celebrated our March birthdays as we are 5 days apart in the birth date. We were getting ready to leave for Punta Cana the next day, so we picked Outback, which was close to our dogs boarding place. Plus, we hadn't been there in a while. The vibe there is relaxing, and we needed to do that after packing all day.We both ordered the same thing, the Ribeye with Bone-in, mashed potatoes, and mushrooms, wedge salad. The last time we were there pre-Covid, we had the same thing, and it was delicious. This time, my steak was not a good cut. It had so much grizzle that I couldn't even cut thru the meat. My daughter's cut was perfect, of course. But it was my birthday and I was so disappointed. Our servers were Allyssa & Ana, who were the greatest and brought the manager over to our table. He immediately saw the problem and brought me another steak, which was very easy to cut through.. problem solved. That's what I like about Outback. They are customer oriented.The servers were helpful, attentive, and friendly. Some of the servers came over to sing Happy Birthday to me and drop off a birthday dessert..
