“This is a nice place to grab a bite and/or a drink while visiting Pompano Beach. It has a great vibe and decent food. Oftentimes, places like this rely solely on location and serve low-grade food and drinks. However, after going there over a half dozen times, they have proven not to have followed that route. The place is clean and friendly with decent to good food. I wish they allowed half star reviews because I would give the food a 3.5 star. That being said, the main attraction is the location. It's on the beachside of A1A in the heart of the newly and continually improving Pompano Beach with all of the dining outside and mostly covered from the elements. There is seating at the bar and sourroudibg it. Some tables are on the street side for good people watching, and then there are excellent tables that afford an unobstructed view of the ocean. All told it's worth a visit. You won't be disappointed. Last note, expect a little wait time during weekends and holidays.Parking: No problem if you don't mind walking. It's a block away from the parking garage. There are some metered parking spaces along the road but none in front of the place, and even if there were, they would likely be full. If you are limited in how far you can walk or wheel, then it would best to be dropped off in front of the place. It is accessible by wheelchair.“

My husband ordered the 420 shake, sweet but so fricken good! The cowboy burger, mouthwatering! “We were a group of 10 people and walked into Perry's Wings 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday evening. The awesome staff at Perry's went over and above and served us some sumptuous wings, oxtail & jollof rice. Mandy the executive Chef & owner went the extra mile and was present and engaged with the customers until closing. I recommend Perry's Wings as a perfect brunch, lunch or dinner restaurant. “What a great place for a quick brunch! We were skating the boardwalk & got pretty hungry. We didn't feel like stopping at one of the hotels, especially since we were wearing sporty attire & I had my skates on. The girls working at the cafe were super nice & the owner was there too. He greeted us & made sure we were served promptly. I love custom dishes so I ordered the custom bagel with Swiss cheese, mushrooms, fried egg & spinach. This was $9.95. My husband got the sandwich breakfast & switched for ham instead of turkey. Same price. They both were great & came with a small side salad. We craved something sweet so we had a delicious pistachio baklava. OMG! I'd literally go back there just for the baklava! Fantastic little cafe right by the beach!“

“My old coworkers always raved about this place so 15 years later I finally got a chance to visit. We were a party of 6 on Presidents' Day for lunch. The place is located in a strip mall facing Cypress Road. It's on the smallish side. The hostess had us wait about 15 minutes while our table was prepared. There are some chairs out front for this purpose. My daughter and I split the fish and chips. My dad ordered the fish roti. Judging by his longing gaze at my fish and chips, I quickly traded with him. The fish was bland but the roti with the curry base and bits of soft potatoes was very filling and tasty! My teenage son ordered the cheese burger and fries and wolfed it down with a root beer. There is a bar with a variety of domestic and imported draft beers on tap. My mom ordered a pint of Bud Light but it was too much for her to finish. The highlight of the menu (IMHO) is the homemade desserts. We all split a caramel cheesecake, a flan and a double coconut pie. Delicious! Our server was a college-age young man who is service oriented and friendly. Two thumbs up! BUT... If you are in a hurry to get a quick bite to eat this is definitely not the place. We were seated for 2 hours. If you have the time and the money, Calypso is an authentic old Florida establishment that is well worth the visit.“

“I follow this place on Instagram and I finally made a stop over there. I ordered my food on their site which was easy. I ordered their pepperoni pizza, fried oreos, and their garlic knots. I was not disappointed at all in everything I ordered. It was all amazing! Probably the best pizza I ever had. Definitely in my top 5 favorites. Same goes with garlic knots because there are some places that either put too much or too little garlic. These were good especially with the pesto on it.“

“This is a great atmosphere inside from the truck that makes the milkshakes to the bar that has a COE truck coming out of the center. We needed a quick bite and decided to order the cheesesteak instead of a burger. It was delicious and so was the bread. I was disappointed when it arrived as that it didn't come with mushrooms or peppers and the server didn't ask if I wanted to add them. Since we were on a hurry I didn't ask to add them once it arrived. They had a big selection of specialty burgers and the prices are also higher than I expected starting at $19. if I recall correctly. “I decided to try Trinos food truck in West Boca and I was not disappointed. My daughter and I both got burgers, and we can’t imagine finding a better burger anywhere else. This was by far the BEST BURGER either one of us has ever had! The flavor of the meat was amazing, and the toppings mixed together was just PERFECT. I also enjoyed their many signature sauces that were on every table. Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart and made suggestions for us to try. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!“

My family and I were there 3 times over the course of a week.The manager and staff are also incredibly nice and accommodating.The only complaint would be the fact that there is no cashier. You order everything over a touchscreen terminal. I would prefer to interact with a human being. Granted, the manager is very kind and comes over to answer any questions you may have if you need help.“

“I was here tonight where a lady didn't like her food. I watched the owner and bartender try to resolve the issue immediately for her, with professionalism and pose. The food I had was incredible, not sure what she had. But all I know is, if I was them, I wouldn't have maintained my composure for nearly as long. It was my first time here, and definitely seemed like a stray crazy person on Christmas evening. Pricing is fair and low, ambiance is very family oriented, like a strong community. “I love unique, hole-in-the-wall type restaurants. Quick synopsis: It's a burger bar with elevated, unique dishes above a typical sports bar. The Porky's Lollipops appetizer was fantastic! The French fries here are PERFECT. They're traditional good ol' regular French fries, not the kind that is all crunchy and battered in whatever that stuff is other restaurants sometimes offer. The Spicy Gochujang wings weren't as spicy as I was expecting but still good. After seeing servers with humongous burgers come out, I definitely had diners remorse. The Shrimp tacos were good, but my wife wasn't pleased the menu left out the fact they come with red onion (even a small amount makes her sick). Even the Mac and cheese was delicious! Good experience. Will come back. Criticisms: The online menu is annoying to navigate. Bad user interface and design. Functionally it works but it bounces around all janky when you're trying to read it. Given it's a digital menu--it's time to detail all the ingredients in your dishes--including red onion! Beer selection lacks brown and amber ales on draft. IPAs are for snobs and effeminate men.“
