“The people were so nice & polite. I'm white, 62 & female. I'm not always dressed to parr. This was one of those days. Lol ? I asked to use the bathroom. No key required. Wow! Nice. Even nicer was my ordering a small Root beer but after all realizing I had very little money, as they watched me count a few coins none of them got dramatic, mean or asked me to leave. I was .12 short & pleasantly said, "No worries, take a seat & relax "?. TRULY, IT MADE MY DAY! I LIVE IN LIGHT HOUSE POINT, Broward COUNTY. USUALLY PEOPLE AROUND HERE HAVE MONEY. Unfortunately I haven't had any for a minute. But folks out there, these people at Arby's and the pleasantries were off the charts lots of PLUS, PLUS, PLUS PLUS's!?“

“It's a location I always love. Today was my first time back since 2020. The place is beautiful and clean. Unfortunately the service was poor. Heard a lot of squabbling coming from behind the counter. There were no napkins and I never got a receipt. A worker was arguing with a customer whose order was screwed up. I hope something's done about the service there.“

“We came here for some good Jamaican food and Reggae Roots did not disappoint. The restaurant was nice and clean and the service was out of this world. The biggest thing to me that stood out was the service my husband and I was treated as family not just vacationers. We really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and I especially loved the conversation very attentive to their customers. 10 out of 10 for me we will definitely be back when we are in the area. “The manager was very friendly and welcoming. He cleaned our table, gave us fresh paper place mats for our food, along with sanitation wipes and mints. He checked on us throughout our meal. I know CFA is known to have great service but I’ve never experienced this level of customer service. I’m not really a review writer but this guy made it worth the time. Also there were FRESH flowers on every table!!“

“I went to Hot Dog Heaven for the first time yesterday. I was craving a good hotdog and it was great! There are so many choices. I got a hotdog with saurkraut, mustard and onions. It was delicious. Next time I'm going to try the Chicago dog.“

“Hook's is a hole in the wall restaurant off Hillsboro. The building is a bit run down, but the food makes up for that. We tried the fried shrimp, the chicken nuggets, and the chicken tenders. The fried shrimp was absolutely excellent. The chicken nuggets are essentially big chunks of chicken breast, similar to the tenders. They were served fresh and very hot, so hot in fact that we felt the chicken tasted better after cooling down for 15 minutes or so. Hook's does have a drive through and it was consistently busy for our entire time there. The service inside was a bit slow due to the drive through.“

“Super fast, and huge portions.The chicken and rice with veggies was huge, definitely enough for two people.Not realizing this I had also ordered a bento. I wasn’t crazy about that one because I’m not a fan of that style fried dumplings (tasted like the Chinese fast food egg roll, which I’m not into ), and because I didn’t eat the bento until almost an hour later the salad that was drenched in sauce that was too strong/spicy/odd tasting was super soggy, so I didn’t eat that either. The 4 pieces of Cali roll was okay.I would just order a separate order of whatever sushi roll you like, along with your plate of choice instead of the bento , but that’s just me. I also had the fried shrimp roll, and that was ok also. The sushi rice didn’t taste like that sushi flavoring I like, but hey it wasn’t pricey, so can’t really complain.We enjoyed the chicken rice plate the best, and look forward to trying the other menu items. I enjoyed the white rice that was served with it also. We went there just to get something "chicken-ish" and my husband got a regular Philly Cheese Steak and I got 10 classic wings, 5 garlic parm and 5 lemon pepper. You know, this wasn't bad at all! “Second visit last night about 10PM. Totally cold food even though they were busy. . So , not impressed once again . Think I’ll stick to Chic Fil A for fingers from now on until we get a ZaxbysFirst off the , the employees here could not be nicer and more friendly. Quick service. But at the end of the day, it’s chicken fingers. You could get as good or better fries , Cole slaw and sweet tea at many other places. Chicken is very good, sauce is good too but nothing mind blowing. As to the big question, Zaxbys or Canes? Zaxbys are better fries ( Canes have nothing on them). Zaxbys killer sauces, hands down winner. Chicken is in the same league. Zaxbys good old Texas Toast is tradition, Canes is grilled both sides but it’s a French bread not Texas Toast , which I’m not sure I prefer. Final verdict is what I expected. Another chicken place. I’ll eat them both when I am looking for chicken.No big surprises“
