I ordered on Ubereats and got a drink that I can’t drink due to allergies. I called Uber eats and they refused to help me. I contacted Dunkin’ and not only did they apologize they delivered the correct drink to my home and quickly at that. I have never received such great service from a Dunkin' before. Highly recommend this place. Customer service is 10/10. Thanks again!
I went through the drive through. I was the only car for a few minutes but still waited a while. They took forever to get my order and asked me 3 times. Finally done and get to the window. It costs $18, I’m like what??? How is it that much? But the lady didn’t hear me bc she was going so fast.
