“Nice on the edge of the town restaurant with great seating options inside and out. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. We ate on a Sunday night and a lot less people in town. We really enjoyed all the food. Recommend the escargots and roasted chicken dish. The Chocolate lava cake was a nice finish to the meal.“
“I don’t know if I want everyone to know but this is my favorite place. I absolutely love doing the wine tasting just before going to eat upstairs. My favorite item is the Cheeseburger with bacon (best), the music has a chill vibe and Ashley (server) took great care of us and was very pleasant.“

“Came here because our realtor, Noah Bailey Realty, gave us a free glass of wine! Super cute inside. The AC was glorious, the layout was neat, and the patio was a nice addition. The staff members were kind. They have a private tasting room and offer wine flights. My complimentary glass of Cabernet was refreshing. The patio was lovely and had the cutest cat. “We had a dozen oysters, two cioppino's, and the hanger steak. Apple pie a la mode and a bottle of wine. The four of us loved every bite and had leftovers. The steak was perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth. The acoustics are tough in the dining room and it gets loud but the food is the star here. Dylan was our server, he knew the menu well and was attentive.Parking: Unpaved but plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Not a great place for the kids.“

“Has a birthday dinner for my sister last night. We had a great outside table near the street. Shannon, our waiter was flawless all night. Attentive, patient, informative and very pleasant. The food was outstanding, meatloaf, pork schnitzel, and eggplant parm were all delicious. Shannon brought a birthday chocolate cake per my request with a candle in it, GREAT! Thank you“

“Had dinner here with a group of friends the other night and was pleasantly surprised the atmosphere isn't much to speak of however that is well offset by both the service the staff and the cuisine. I had the blue crab cobbler as an appetizer along with toast points it was quite tasty. The beef short rib Ragu is also outstanding. Other dishes that rank right up there are the paella, the frenched chicken, the filet and the rigatoni. Seems you can't go wrong here. The wait staff is friendly attentive courteous and always Johnny-on-the-spot. Try it I think you'll like it.UPDATED: 7/22/22. They now have an extensive steak menu that rivals any fine steakhouse although you best prepare yourself for the increased prices.UPDATED 1/23/24. Ordered the pork chop and while I asked for medium rare it leaned A LOT more towards rare had a significant amount sinew, grizzle and fat and was quite difficult to cut. Not my best meal here. They also seemed to be a bit understaffed as one waiter was handling all the tables. He was a nice enough guy, quite pleasant, however I had to get up and go to the bar to get a refill cocktail & we also ran out of water.Parking: Parking is by valet“

“We do not visit St. Augustine nearly as much as we used to due to the surplus of tourists. My husband's colleague suggested this restaurant when we visited overnight. My hubs is not a fan of seafood but his colleague and myself are so we chose the happy medium. We put our name down for another restaurant and stopped here for drinks and an appetizer while we were waiting. We were greeted immediately by a host. We decided to grab a drink at the bar and then decided to sit at a table so we could indulge in an appetizer and be comfortable. The bar was packed but the restaurant tables were empty for the most part. We decided to split the Frito Misto so hubs could have the veggies. It tasted fresh and was actually enough for the three of us. I was hoping to visit here again but just noticed they were permanently closed. It truly is unfortunate because I really thought the food and service were great.“

“I almost didn’t stay because I was ID’d by host for breakfast. I’m 22 but they wouldn’t sit us until he checked it and other workers were even confused why he was doing this. I’m so glad I stayed. I’ve searched years for the perfect biscuits and gravy. I’ve found it here. Moist biscuit and perfect gravy. Edward was our server. He wasn’t all in our face trying to butter us up which I enjoyed he was super genuine with us. Best service hands down I’ve ever had. I’m very satisfied and will be returning. Asking for Edward specifically.“
