“C.1949 is a fantastic local establishment. The staff is friendly and helpful, makes everyone feel like they belong there. Everyone seems to pick up that neighborly vibe..and the options of beers on tap is great. Always some locals, some new and some unusual but always well brewed and poured up. They have fun events, karaoke and goat yoga are 2 that come to mind. I can’t say enough about how nice it is to have a local, fun, neighborhood watering hole to be able to walk or bike too.“
“I've stopped there in numerous occasions for a pint found the service and beer above average. Located in a former gas station on Florida avenue it has that feel if the people back in the day could talked to you they share some great stories it has the homey vibe to it . But been there twice in two weeks to check out the menu and the beer again after a brief hiatus. Found the beer to be crisp and fresh the service a little more attentive and the food great for any of the beers. Pretzels were bang on with the mustard and the beer cheese . Had" The Rob " roast beef on weck and the horseradish sauce was fire. I'll be back to explore the rest of the menu if I leave the beers alone for room to taste the rest of the culinary bites.“
“Found this place 4 years ago when myself and my husband bought a house. We stopped by one afternoon and have been going here a few times a week ever since. Wonderful, down to earth people from all walks of life. I've made several friends here in the 4 years since we found it. Kate is one of the most amazing people with an amazing family. She is truly compassionate about her customers, accommodating, funny, sweet, hard working, loving and puts everything she has into everything she does. Her husband Larry is equally amazing. I can't say enough good things about this place. Myself and my husband are very lucky to have found a home bar with such wonderful people! “LOVE this bar and grill! fun atmosphere, staff are amazing. there are a good 8-10 TVs to watch sports, live music. the outdoor game area is fun with bocce ball, corn hole, Jenga. great local beers and beers from all over USA, foreign beers, and domestic. the beer selection had to have had way over 60 different beers to choose from! great food + dog friendly! love it was built around a 1971 airstream! come and enjoy real beer adventure and party out back!“
“Staying in the area and decided to give Bootleggers Brewing Co. a try. I’m torn on giving this a 4 or a 5. The beer was solid to very good; the 9% Cranberry Saison (farmhouse ale) being my favorite. The IPAs were good too but not at the same level of excellence. The pretzel is huge and was very good although a bit dry in spots. The atmosphere is good for being in a strip mall type setting. Maybe coming off hours is what killed it a bit. The woman behind the bar was very friendly and had a keen eye on refills so she deserves five stars alone. If you use the men’s room just be careful washing your hands as the sink is dangerously close to the door. I’m always passing through the general area so if I stop by again I may update my rating.“
“By far the best spot in Tampa. Retro arcade and pinball machines, Mario Kart at the bar, wonderful hospitality, always an amazing crowd. Shoutout to all of their staff for always doing such an amazing job - especially Will and Emma! Easily a favorite spot of myself and many of my friends. “Great beer IPAs so I had to stop and check out the brewery.Nice taproom and patio.Good food selection. Tried the cheesesteak egg rolls with horseradish cream. Very good.They also have mixed drinks and a full liqour bar for those that don't like beer.“
“Just had a few slices from Lee's Grocery, a solid little neighborhood pizza and six pack shop like you'd find in Portland or Denver.Lived here four years and there's no best quality comfort pizza on a random weeknight with a great atmosphere.Take out is easy. Parking is a challenge.Parking: Park further away and walk through the neighborhood. Nice area.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of neighborhood families come in for dinner or takeout.“
“Small place but the beers have mighty flavors. We visited after seeing a movie at the nearby AMC theater. I was thrilled to try their spicy beers, Mango Habanero and Guava and Habanero. Both had great fruitiness and heat. The Guava Habanero had more heat throughout when drinking and the Mango Habanero hits at the back end and on your lips. Delicious! This place is dog friendly, I believe the owners had their dogs there and they were super cute. They offer a larger collection of games, I'm sure you could even bring your own. The staff was nice and it seems quite laid back, watch out for getting hit with a paper airplane ;).“

“Sorry no before pics.... Hadn't eaten all day since a 2am wake up.After an attraction down at the Riverwalk my fiancée found this place for some food. Walking down the street the large name sign certainly stands out amongst the rest, as we entered I fell in love with the environment the setup and decor. For me was a very nice feel of a simple easy tap room concept.... When ordering food, please do not waste 5 minutes looking for a way to order on the link from the QR code like I did ?????? oops. The staff was very quick even with what I saw only 3 people behind the bar and a completely full room.Beers were cold and delicious!!We started out with the loaded kettle chips, thoroughly enjoyed them while we waited for the wings and the roast beef sammich. When the mains came out the flavor was delicious, meat was cooked and cheese was melted but the plate as a whole was cool/cold, when brought to the staff attention they were very quick to be helpful and albeit I asked for no discount or anything since we ate majority of it but to just share info, she still comped half on the plates . When they warn you about the hotness of the wings, I certainly (as someone who makes BBQ and hot sauce @the_drunken_flamingo) I highly recommend the average person heed their warning, after 10 wings you'll certainly be needing a glass of water.This is a highly recommended stop for a quick beer or a long stay, we'll be sure to be back!!!Thank you for a great time.“
“Great place! Buddy and I went out for drinks last night. We typically bar hop very sporadically, but we found ourselves hanging out there for a few hours. Staff was outstanding, fun, and made our night interesting in the best possible way. Definitely the best bar in Soho.“

“I had take out Chicken Pad Drunken Noodle that was Thai Hot++ (EXTREME HEAT—I love spice) with Chicken. The chicken was luscious, delicate, and delectable. The noodles were perfect, and the spice brought real tears to my eyes. I say this as a chef who’s worked in fine dining and a Michelin Star restaurant, go check them out. If you don’t want to dine in, order take out, or delivery. I didn’t take any pictures of the Pan, but I’m adding a pic of the duck I had a few months back for perspective.“

Some jerk started throwing a fit about the Bucs game not being on right away (it was the second game of the day and they let the first one finish before changing channels). The manager handled it perfectly, as did the young woman he whined to. Can’t vouch for the bar, can vouch for the staff. Sorry y’all had to deal with him, you did well!“
“Defiantly the best Pizza in the SemHeights area. It's a thinner (but not too thin) crust NY style Pizza. Nice crisp, excellent toppings. There is a lot...lot of pizza places in Tampa and most of the are pretty terrible, this is one of the good ones. Good beer selection, local craft brewery stuff, not the largest selection but they got all the bases covered. Indoor Outdoor seating. Yes it is a converted gas station, but is done surprisingly well. Has to be the only time I ever seen a gas station converted successfully. All in all great place, it's defiantly my go to for local pizza.“
“We went for our first time today and this just became one of my favorite breweries. The beer is delicious (some of the best sours I've had in years), the place has great ambience, and Tom and Houston, the owners, are absolutely lovely. We'll definitely be back.“
