“First time visiting here for a bridal shower and it was absolutely gorgeous! The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a unique vibe. We had a bridal shower brunch and they accommodated our party easily. The table was decorated so cute, along with custom “she said yes” menus that each guest got to order from! I had the French toast for brunch and it was a delicious, although a little sweet for my taste (I’m team savory for brunch always). Drinks were good, along with their craft sodas which were delicious! Would definitely recommend in the future and will be back for other meals!“
“Hands down the best pizza spot in town, served by its owners. Their pizzas are out of this world, and their warmth and kindness make every visit special. A true five-star experience with incredible food and even better company! Thank you Geo, Leo and Lorentina for treating everyone like family“
“Update 4/15/24Had the trio to start. Then has the fajita chicken bowl with cilantro lime rice. And the other with added steak and Mexican rice. They both were very good!I had a variety of 3 crunchy tacos, beans and rice and a margarita. I enjoyed it all! I'll definitely be back.“
“I remember when this business was Chop Chop Shop, further up in Florida ave. It was dangerous living so close. Ever since the relocation/rebrand they have expanded their menu and made the ambience unbelievably awesome! I've gotten takeout and dined in. Love their rice bowls and their pancakes. Such a nice spot. The wait is never more than ~5-8 minutes. The tablets you order off of make it really hard to choose what you want because all the pictures look so good!“
“Had a 90th birthday party for our Mom, who is an IPA drinker. The room was a perfect size for our group of 15. They had a great variety of beer on tap and several wine selections for non beer drinkers. We ordered the pork sliders, charcuterie tray, veggie tray and pretzels. All of the food was delicious! Our bartender Tori was fantastic. She took care of everything...making sure everyone had a beverage, especially my Mom, who never had an empty glass. Tori absolutely made the party! She is the best!I highly recommend the Coppertail Brewery for your meeting or party. Contact Alexis and she'll take great care of you! Made hosting the party stress free!“
“First time this evening it was great!! service, food, manager, everything was great. Go with the Mr Mrs spice it is perfect. Price is fair. We will return!!!! if i would change anything, real spoons for bisque and real little forks for crab. just me being picky.“
“Went three times while on vacation in Tampa. Of course, this place is in the HEART of little italy area Ybor. So, you EXPECT Italian food will be good here. And oh YES IT IS!!!. And as a bonus, there's a smoking lounge on the second floor! WHAT?!?!? It was perfect!“
“An esthetically beautiful place with stylish interior, good quality service, an acceptable, but not outstanding food. First disappointment was when I was greeted by one of hostesses who did not smile or made me feel welcome. She also provided lunch menus instead of brunch menus as it seemed that doing her job was a bother to her. Luckily, our server, Frankie, was great, and he made sure we got the attention we needed. He described Predalina as a Seafood-Driven Mediterranean Cuisine restaurant, explained in details various menu items, and made some food recommendations. However, when one of my friends received her Crab Benedict, lump crab patty was extremely dry / overcooked and poached eggs that are usually the star of any eggs Benedict, to our great disappointment, looked more like hard-boiled eggs. Manager stopped by the table to take the benedict back to substitute for an omelet. Myself and my other friend ordered an omelet each also, I just added avocado to mine. I'd give this omelet 4.5 stars. It came with a side salad + roasted tomato, spinach, onion, feta, chive inside the omelet, crispy potato, and a toasted sourdough on a side - which was so delish! My hazelnut latte was 3/5 only because hazelnut syrup tasted artificially, but both of my friends really enjoyed their decaf latte as well as lavender chai latte. One more thing I would like to mention is that it was very cold inside. *Parking: you can park at $4 per hour at E. Cumberland Avenue parking garage with plenty of space available or use a valet for $30+. I look forward to trying this place for dinner. Hoping for a 5-star experience next time.“
“I've stopped there in numerous occasions for a pint found the service and beer above average. Located in a former gas station on Florida avenue it has that feel if the people back in the day could talked to you they share some great stories it has the homey vibe to it . But been there twice in two weeks to check out the menu and the beer again after a brief hiatus. Found the beer to be crisp and fresh the service a little more attentive and the food great for any of the beers. Pretzels were bang on with the mustard and the beer cheese . Had" The Rob " roast beef on weck and the horseradish sauce was fire. I'll be back to explore the rest of the menu if I leave the beers alone for room to taste the rest of the culinary bites.“
“It’s a neat experience cooking your own food at the table and the food was delicious. The mushrooms were wonderful and a large portion. We had to ask for a larger plate because there was not enough room on the very small plate the baked potato came. The food is very hot- somewhere to put the mushroom on to cool off would be nice. Our waitress was pretty good but never came back to check if we needed drink refills until she asked if we needed dessert. We will still try it again sometime!“
“C.1949 is a fantastic local establishment. The staff is friendly and helpful, makes everyone feel like they belong there. Everyone seems to pick up that neighborly vibe..and the options of beers on tap is great. Always some locals, some new and some unusual but always well brewed and poured up. They have fun events, karaoke and goat yoga are 2 that come to mind. I can’t say enough about how nice it is to have a local, fun, neighborhood watering hole to be able to walk or bike too.“
“Armature Works in Florida is an absolute delight! From its vibrant atmosphere to its diverse array of food options, it's the perfect destination for a fun and satisfying dining experience. Whether you're craving gourmet cuisine, artisanal snacks, or refreshing drinks, you'll find something to tantalize your taste buds here. The historic building adds charm and character to the venue, while the lively energy of the crowds creates a sense of excitement and camaraderie. Whether you're dining with friends, family, or flying solo, Armature Works is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and leave you eagerly planning your next visit.“
“We offer to go from here for holiday dinners and sometimes just for a easy yum dinner. Everything always been delish. They provide all needed extras, they make sure there enough buyyer and dressing. The family dinners ahve more food than would think so there always leftovers for lunch. We lobe that it's a whole meal with salad and bread and everyone gets something they like.I highly recommend there to-go. Easy curb side pick up.“
“The bartender Lindsey was super cool and informative. She let me sample two of the moonshines and I really liked their Sunset recipe. Not only was the moonshine good, she whipped up a pumpkin spice espresso martini which was so delicious! Would come back again for that level of service.“
“Went to Hula Bay while I was in town on a Business trip. I was in the mood for some oysters on the half shell and fish tacos, so this place popped up on my search. Their main building was being renovated, so the actual restaurant area is temporarily located in the bar downstairs (Duke's). No big deal. The place was packed and everyone was having a great time. The view is amazing and the food is pretty good. They oysters were huge, super fresh and my fish tacos were delicious had a ton of fish in them.....totally worth the price. The bartenders were super friendly as well as the rest of the staff. I'm going back to Tampa next month, so I will definitely go back to devour some oysters, while drinking a cold beer and enjoy the amazing view.“
“Doc B's is easily one of my favorite places for a quick dinner, especially for their salads. They have a good variety of different kinds and the portions are huge! I always end up taking some to go. If you pop in for lunch I suggest trying one of their wok bowls that you can customize. Even on busier days you never have to wait long to be served. Doc B's has a vibe for everyone: outdoor seating in the sunshine, intimate dining inside, and a bartop that always has sports on rotation.“
“Very busy but got seated promptly. Ambiance was nice. Inside and outdoor seating. TVs everywhere for the sports fanatics. Long list of beers and cocktails. Food menu pretty diverse. However I didn't really enjoy my food. My appetizer was off and my main course of the chicken avocado sandwich with Parmesan truffle fries was extremely salty. I got the smoked bourbon drink which was good. I didnt get a pic of my dishes because I was so excited to eat them but was disappointed“
“You know the food is good when it tastes delicious cold. I couldn't finish it, but both my guest and I had the steak filet sandwich. He said it was the best sandwich he's ever had and it was definitely in my top 3. Super cute efficient server. Nice open atmosphere. Highly recommend!“
“This is a nice little place in a congested area but hidden off the beaten path. Flavor of the food was absolutely incredible authentic cuisine. I I give it a four for service because the cost should reflect the service you get and I think it was off just a hair for what I was expecting. Don't get me wrong service was good, however I expected more. If you get an opportunity to check it out I would highly recommend it. If you are unfamiliar with the area it's right near Maggiano's in the Westshore Plaza area. Definitely tasty! And again, I forgot pictures however you'll probably see them on the website from the other reviews.“
“By far the best spot in Tampa. Retro arcade and pinball machines, Mario Kart at the bar, wonderful hospitality, always an amazing crowd. Shoutout to all of their staff for always doing such an amazing job - especially Will and Emma! Easily a favorite spot of myself and many of my friends. If you are looking for a place full of good vibes, good people and wonderful hospitality and games - The Parcade is THE place to visit in Tampa!“
“Not many gluten free options, but the food is well seasoned and cooked. Service is friendly and likable. The atmosphere on the water gives a true Florida vibe.Parking: Ample size parking lot.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is kid friendly with a dock to walk out on.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for accessibility.“
“We enjoyed the entire experience. Our server was outstanding and the food is amazing. We had drinks and appetizers with music playing it made our meal experience fun. The chicken shawarma which our server recommended was out of this world with garlic spread. We will be back when in town again.“
“Great place! Buddy and I went out for drinks last night. We typically bar hop very sporadically, but we found ourselves hanging out there for a few hours. Staff was outstanding, fun, and made our night interesting in the best possible way. Definitely the best bar in Soho.“
“Wow! GREAT decor.. excellent setup and fantastic drink menu! The vibe is phenomenal and there’s plenty of little niches to sit and enjoy a cocktail or intimate moment… come check out artist night the 2nd Thursdays and shop with local artists and vendors!!“
“This place has felt like home from the moment I stepped in. I am blessed to have met Aileen, Liddy, Danny, Ant, Chris, Nick, David. They do Open Mic every other Saturday where we welcome everyone to perform and showcase their talent with love respect.“
“Went to shuffle for the first time with a couple friends had a great time. The service was very attentive even as they were super busy. They were very friendly and have a great selection of alcohol and their food is on point. They took time to explain how to play shuffleboard and we had a great time. Great atmosphere for anyone. The manager Cameron and owner Jen were super helpful with our questions and took the time to help me figure an issue out. Great customer service and product. I recommend if you haven’t already to go check it out get your shuffle on.“
“This place is awesome! It's a bar with an enclosed dog park attached. The beers are good and the employees are great, they even remembered our dog's name ? the food is hit or miss since it's a different food truck every time we've been there, but everything else is always great. For the dogs there's a large open area inside the bar, as well as an even larger outside turf area. The entire outside area is enclosed just like your average dog park but they also have hoses and basins and even a mini splash park so they can play in water! The best part is all dogs have to be fully vaccinated so you don't have to worry about your dog contracting something randomly just from coming here.“
“First time there and was pleasantly surprised. The waitress was very pleasant and "Johnny on the spot" with waters followed by our drink choices. Our sandwiches came out promptly and nice and hot. They were very good! Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.“
“Hesitant to rate this well because it almost feels like a little undiscovered treasure. The food is great, reasonably priced, and the whole place is very quiet and relaxing. It's a nice way to wait for your flight and totally worth the price. I always wait here for my flight to get close to boarding time and then go to my gate.“
“Spent some time in Greece and since we got back, we've always been on a hunt for a Greek spot that feels similar to what we were eating over there. We jumped around multiple islands and weren't limited to touristy spots, so got a good feel of authentic Greek cuisine. Acropolis truly exceeded our expectations and wound up being honestly the closest thing we've had since our trip. Absolutely deserves 5 stars.“
“Great dive bar with amazing people! No, they don't have any of those fancy beers but they do have Randolf and Ketta out there grilling up some amazing meat and macaronni salad! The bartender Kim made is immediately feel like family, and the regulars quickly included us into their conversation.“
“The most incredible place to hang out with friends and your furry bff!! Our adoptable dogs had a fantastic time meeting new people, while our humans drank beer and watched sports!! Best of the absolute best!! Dogs. Adult beverages. And did I mention dogs?!?! Absolutely perfect atmosphere!!!“
“We had Earnesto today and his service was EXCEPTIONAL! Kind patient and knowledgeable of the menu! Ask for him for the best fast service. Although we didnt sit at the bar today it is really cool! They are the only place that has a frozen ice bar so your drink stays cold till the last drop! The burgers will blow your mind! Gourmet and fresh!! Food was so good that I ate before my video!“
“Best ramen shop in town, no competition. We usually get the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, Pork Chasu Rice Bowl, Pork Gyoza, and Takoyaki. Wonderful options, service is the best, owners and staff are great to talk to. Atmosphere is excellent, especially during non-rush hours when you can sit back and chill out, enjoy some Lo-Fi on the right side of the restaurant or anime on the left.“
“The chef who made my steak today deserves a raise. Every single bite of my 16 oz strip was orgazmic. Perfectly charred, perfect temperature. The crusted Gorgonzola was perfection too. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better steak. Thank you for that experience Mr “
“Happy hour is where it's at!! Regular prices are a bit much, but you can't beat a $4 well or $5 draft! Chill vibe, seemed like a nice place for locals and also for those like us, who came from out of town to see a show at the Ritz! Staff was super attentive, checking in multiple times to make sure we didn't need a new drink or want to order food. Around 5:30 things get a little dark and moody. The staff shut the lights out put or candle to get ready for the night life. Cute and subtle switch up, but it makes a big difference. We didn't order food personally, but the smells were smellin' in the best of ways! The table in front of us had two women, one ordered some kind of salad and the other ordered nachos. The nachos looked amazing and I did notice that the woman eating them did not finish the bowl, so they definitely could have been shared. If we end up here again the Nachos will be at the top of our list!“
“Great place for outdoor dinner, drinks, and live music! It has such a great atmosphere whether you're in the biergarten, inside the bar, or in the music hall. The staff is great, and the entertainment is so varied from great bands, science and humanities talks, comedians on open mic night, ukulele festivals, heavy metal vjs, and the list goes on. I couldn't do it better myself!Vegetarian options: Nice selection of vegetarian and vegan options, including pizzas with a tasty black bean sauce. They have some interesting toppings as well, including mushroom "chorizo," capers, pickled onions, roasted cauliflower, as well as the more usual favorites. They also have vindaloo veggie curry hot pockets and veggie lettuce wraps that I need to try.“
“Absolutely loved the experience and atmosphere! It's the perfect spot for quality time with family and friends. Moreover, it's an excellent hub for creative inspiration and a productive haven – like a home away from home. You won't want to miss out on this gem!“
“We went here while visiting the aquarium. The food was excellent with very large portions. My kids got the tenders with fries, while my wife got the burger and I the grilled chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious and the servers were very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend if you are in the Tampa area.“
“My girls and I visited this past weekend and it was a great time! The bouncers made our experience even better, Dallas especially made us feel so welcomed and protected, there were guys in the club that were harassing us and we felt very uncomfortable but he handled it very well and for that we will be back ?“
“This was our 3rd visit to Tapper Pub since the reopening. Never was a patron because of the smoking inside. No more though! We have enjoyed the visits and the food has been excellent! Pastrami, corned beef sandwiches have been excellent!! They have enough outdoor tables that even if you come upon a smoking customer, there are enough tables to separate from that! Bring your pup for Outdoor only though! Tabitha( day time bartender) hope I got that correct, is super nice and they have cold beer/wine but today are beginning to get the draft beer installed!! Give them a try in the Britton Plaza shopping area next to Publix!“
“Restaurant has great food. The 2 times we have been here we have been really disappointed in the host/hostess staff. They have a well rehearsed disinterest that fails to make the guests feel welcome. Today a manager came up and engaged them in a 3 minute discussion completely ignoring us. It's really kind of funny when you realize that they probably imagine that they are fine dining on Champs-Elysees.“
“Nice place to do some water side dining. Our server Noah was really good. There were about 3 conventions going on at the hotel; it was a mad house.Because of that the food did take a bit. Thankfully we weren't in a hurry. The food was good. Ordered lots of seafood. The charred octopus was delicious. Two big tentacle chucks to cut up.The Grouper dip was amazing. Our kids are up both of these. The Grouper sandwich was ok. The fillet itself was great. Just probably would have been better on rice instead of on a bun.The cuban was tasty. All in all, we didn't expect to run into all the conventions, and the staff was great at still staying attentive to us in the chaos.I would go back.“
“The food was amazing, the servers were all cute little waitresses, and the look of the place fit the authenticity of the food, extremely good tasting food, the price is a little high for the average little Italian restaurant but when you bite into the food you know why, high quality ingredients from Italy! Over all really happy to have made it out to dinner here shout out to Franco who personally comes to your table to check on you! Loved it“
“Attended a poetry set here and liked the combination of alcohol and caffeine here for both types of energy (day or night). They have a good selection of mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks as well that I enjoyed. There is both an indoor and outdoor area for seating and you can access the bar from either side.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for sober or sober curious drinkers.Parking: Parking lot in front of the location as well as in the back of the location and across the street.“
“First time at Oxford Exchange. Very good prompt, courteous and friendly service. The food was also very good. I would consider this to be more of an upscale restaurant but yet still has a casual feel. I would definitely recommend the Oxford Exchange.“
“This place has been around over 11 years. Rachel is a mixologist. Used to go here almost weekly when the RoundUp was next door on Saturday night but only go there occassionaly now. Limited bar food menu. Would like to see them install a few axe throwing lanes to make the place more interesting; however, if you are into pool then you would like this place. It is a normal neighborhood bar similar to the sitcom Cheers.“
“This place is awesome! They have excellent happy hour specials and their wings are some of the best in town. Try the mix sauce! Servers are always prompt and professional. Great atmosphere to watch any game. My wife and I have been a dozen times and each time was a great experience. Highly recommend.“
“Was drawn in from across the street by the atmosphere and decor and stayed for the enthusiastic and extensive craft beer selection. The owner’s passion for his curated menu of beers is contagious and we had a great time. If you’re in Ybor City and love good beer, this place is worth a visit!“
“Great spot for business dinners or date nights. Truthfully I was drawn in by the building because it looks so intriguing from the outside and I was just as impressed once we were inside. It isn’t too loud in there so if going for business or on a date night you can converse without having to strain to hear one another. The staff were all friendly and attentive. ??The preparation and presentation fully reflected the care that’s put into curating the Olivia experience. We had filet mignon, scallops, mushroom risotto, pasta, tomato and burrata, charcuterie, and the MUST HAVE garlic bread and enjoyed all of it! I imagine their cocktails must be good if you’re going for drinks because our non-alcohol cocktails were delicious (*this is a big plus for us because we don’t consume alcohol but we do love flavorful beverages when we’re dining*). ?“
