“Better than average Long John Silver's experience. Food was fresher and portions a little more generous than usual across the chain. It's with nothing that I've generally had better LJS experiences at the combo (+Taco Bell) stores.“

“came in at 3am this morning when it was crazy busy and the staff was GREAT! no complaining, no whining, no messing up orders. Customers were yelling and complaining about food and wait times and all employees kept their composure and kept working diligently. There are 2 employees that stood out the most two me and i’m not sure of they’re names but it was a guy working the grill and also helping customers in drive thru/front counter. And they’re was a girl(not sure of her name either) helping people in both the lobby and drive thru. Both of them were GREAT and VERY HELPFUL. Helped keep the peace in a chaotic situation and I HAD to leave them a review for their nice efforts as soon as I left the store. The whole staff was great tonight/early morning but those two stood out the most!! thank you so much for great customer service Taco Bell. Please recognize those employees as best as you can. They deserve all the praise and recognition. True employees.“
“This location is usually clean and our order is typically correct. This is our go-to place for Taco Bell in our area, (we have 3 within the same distance from our house). The service is spotty, as most staff are working the kitchen and drive through; however, the staff interaction, while sparce, is always professional and friendly.“
“This Taco Bell near USF is always a solid choice when looking for something quick to eat. The food is usually fresh, and the restaurant is always pretty clean whenever visiting. Even when it's busy, the staff do a good job keeping things moving and getting orders out quickly.
The employees are friendly and helpful, and the service is usually fast. It's nice to go to a location where the food is made right and the place is kept clean.
Overall, this is a good Taco Bell location. Good food, a clean restaurant, and friendly staff make it easy to keep coming back.“
“I ordered food on the Taco Bell mobile app, and after numerous drivers contact me telling me that they could not make my order at my Taco Bell. I drove up to the Taco Bell and the current store employee. Antonio was very kind and helped me work on a solution so that I could get my order and historic could still get the money for the order without me having to pay double shout out to Antonio for making my life a little bit easier“
“This is an awesome Taco Bell. I usually come here kind of late night. I can't remember the last time they got my order wrong. Gave them a bit of a large order tonight that I was worried about. They even misheard me on the drive-thru microphone about exactly what I wanted.
They still got everything exactly right in the bag. They were kind of busy and even apologized for my wait, but I much rather wait a few minutes longer that they take to make sure everything's alright. Unlike almost every other Taco Bell I've been to that rushes everything and forgets half the order. Thank you!
Edit 5/6/26: can't stress enough this is the best Taco Bell in the city. They always move things along quickly and I haven't had them get my order wrong once. I feel like if they messed yours up, either you communicated something wrong or just flat out didn't order it. Absolutely love this Taco Bell!“
“WOW!!! So I go here quite often, and I must say that their customer service has been okay………However today was over and beyond thanks to Leanora. My my she was very energetic, upbeat , all smiles, and a complete joy to interact with. Once I advised that my food always seems skimpy and could they actually fill my meal with all ingredients ….she went over and beyond to make sure This time was like no other . “BEST Taco Bell food and experience I’ve EVER had! The dining area was SPOTLESS! An employee noticed our order looked odd and double checked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Our food was PERFECTLY crisp and fresh. Seriously, Taco Bell big wigs should use this location as a model training facility.“
“Food: I used to feel like there was not enough ingredients in my tacos or burritos, but my last 2 orders have been amazing. Whoever they put on the late night taco assembly needs a raise! (Homie hooked me up)

Service: The lady at the window is always very nice and chill. You can topically hear that the crew in the kitchen is having a good time. They are the best!
Atmosphere: Feels like modern taco bell. You shouldn't expect much but it does its job of looking clean and efficient.“
“Stop at this location about 1 - 2 times a week on my way home if I had to work late between 7pm - 9 pm. Food is great, order correct and friendly staff at the window. Highly visible location in a decent area. McDonald's is also right next door if you have passengers that want different fast food options.“
“I did a mobile order and when I went to pick it up about 10 minutes later, it was not ready. I spoke with Denim (spelling?) he was super apologetic, explained that some of the items were a delayed and gave a realistic wait estimate. A few minutes later he handed my food and apologized for the wait again.
Waiting for my food was disappointing but Denim's customer service was on point today.“
“This story has a happy ending. April was wonderful from the start. Great customer service. The cantina mexican pizza was amazing, but the rolled cantina quesadilla was way too small and dry for $7… I went back and mentioned it, and April (manager) was very gracious and offered to make another for me herself. It was MUCH better. Thank you!“

“Naanaa, Jason, Jaidah are excellent with taking orders and providing supreme customer service. Out of all the taco bells I've been to this one is the best well kept. The lobby stays clean and soda machines are clear. The mountain dew actually tastes like mountain dew instead of flat ginger ale. I've been to just about every taco bell since 2008 in the 5 county area and all of them have had the same issues. This one actually cares about their business and their customers experience. People need to know about this location and more franchises need to follow this location's business acumen. The management is also something to be brought into positive light as it's spot on“

“Best Taco Bell in Tampa. Unlike many other locations, the food is always fresh and the employees are on top of their game. They are polite, efficient , and get the order right. They include napkins and never forget to ask if you’d like hot sauce. A+“
“The Taco Bell in Northdale deserves a standing ovation (and maybe a lifetime supply of Baja Blast). I pulled up expecting a quick snack and instead got a full-blown spiritual experience wrapped in a warm tortilla. The staff here are heroes — fast, friendly, and somehow always manage to get my complicated “no tomato, add extra cheese” order exactly right. That’s precision you don’t see every day.
The food? Chef’s kiss. My Crunchwrap Supreme looked like it was made by a food stylist for a commercial. The tacos were crunchy, the nacho cheese flowed like liquid gold, and the burrito? Pure joy in a flour blanket. I don’t know what kind of sorcery they’re working back there, but I’m here for it.
Also, shoutout to the drive-thru crew — lightning fast and hilarious. They had me laughing before I even got my food. It’s like fine dining meets comedy club meets 2 a.m. cravings.
If you’re in Northdale and need something that’ll fix your hunger and your mood, this Taco Bell is the spot. I didn’t just get dinner… I got a memory. 🌮💜“
