“I have been coming here since they've opened and love their food. However, I am very disheartened lately how their cook Olden (I believe is his name) treats the other staff. He tends to get overwhelmed by tickets or special requests. When I've experienced this happening he seems as though he gets stressed out. Then he lashes out on the other staff around him, especially the owner's mother who works the register. I've experienced this on multiple occasions and it's frustrating to see. I love this place but it's beginning to make me not want to come here due to how he treats others. I have kept my mouth closed for the experience of other customers in the building. However, your staff don't deserve this type of treatment and I will be standing up for them the next time this happens in front of me. I've kept my mouth shut long enough.”

“As a huge Jules Verne fan, walking into this shop for the first time and seeing the theming was absolutely incredible. I can't count how many times I've been back, and every time is always fantastic. I have never met a friendlier staff at any establishment, and every person on the staff of them knows how I prefer my drinks. I cannot recommend this place enough.”

“I wish I went sooner.. So our son has multiple food allergies, so getting him a meal out is next to impossible BUT We stopped at this little gem today and I’m so thankful we did. For those that have the mindset I hope this sheds a little light on the fact that it’s not always a choice but a need for certain food options, like eating vegan. ( He can eat meat but lots of safe options for him would end up being considered vegan ) The food was delicious and priced more than reasonable, made with Whole Foods - no junk. Our experience was more than pleasant, as I talked with a lady, the owner had no problem letting my son take a tour of the kitchen, giving him samples of kale chips and so on. 💙 If you are looking for a healthy meal, something a little different than the norm, I highly recommend- because I don’t ‘need’ to eat this way and I enjoyed it just as much- we’ll be back! “This place is a hidden gem. It gets busy and you do have to wait on your food but it's worth it. It's not a McDonalds! Atmosphere is the best I've seen in this area. Live entertainment on the weekends and some of the best musicians in Lake County. I give this place a five star because Food was excellent and service was good. I came with a group unexpectedly of 20 and EVERYBODY was happy. That's rare for our group. I highly recommend this place.”

You definitely have the best looking place around. Food was always delicious as usual. Had the dorito Walko Taco and the husband had a burger. Thank you for spreading the Christmas cheer!”

“Stay away from this place. On 11/23/22 ordered wings and fries. The wings were undercooked and blonde hair was in my fries. I discreetly told the waitress who then told the manager. The manager Got upset not because hair was in my food more so because he had to throw away 6 wings! I asked for a refund and will never return. Cooks cook with no hair net and no gloves STAY AWAY!”

We ordered at the counter and the order came out quickly. Food was hot. 😊. (We also like how the dining area has a unique ceiling and the tiled walls make the atmosphere so much more pleasant than other fast food places.)”
