We were so glad that she gave us the recommendation. We had been to multiple different restaurants over the previous weeks and this was the first time that EVERYONE was happy with their food. Very good food, checks all the boxes of a good burger, I suggest unless u have a very large mouth and hands. Our waiter Paige had excellent energy, amazing social skills, and great efficiency when waiting on us and others from what I saw. And I also got one of their lava cakes in house which Paige doctored up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel and fudge drizzle in which Paige was excited I ordered in rather than to go because “she enjoys dr’ing it up” clearly a lady who loves the food, loves her job and doesn’t well. “We had the most amazing dinner at Sage Bistro last night! Staff are friendly and attentive and the food was some of the best I have had in a while. It was a little quiet, however we did dine quite late at around 9pm so I can imagine there would likely be a more lively atmosphere earlier in the evening. I had the sirloin risotto, the steak was a great quality cut of meat, cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The mushroom risotto was full of flavour and absolutely delicious, and the Gorgonzola cream sauce complimented the meal perfectly. The other dishes we ordered were the Sage alfredo, the lamb pot roast and the scallops and everyone really enjoyed their meals. Margaritas also went down a treat!“

“Just had breakfast there today and it was a great experience. The owner (Raul) greeted us at the door and welcomed us to the diner. He also followed up with us after our meal. Wendy waited our table, not only did she provide great service, she was an excellent communicator. The breakfast was cooked in a reasonable time for a Sunday morning, was delicious and priced fairly. 5 out of 5 recommend you try La Loma for breakfast some time.“

“This place is amazing!!! I am a first timer kava bar patron. This place was perfect. The owner and her son were soo helpful in their suggestion. Samples given. Knowledgeable of each drink and the benefits. Kava, Kratom and kombucha. Lots of flavors. Free popcorn and also has menu items. I tried 1 strawberry kratom tea and 1 watermelon mix kava. My friend has raspberry kombucha. All delicious and after about 30 min i started feeling relaxed. Very nice customers also. Overall couldn't have asked for a better first time experience.“

“The best part about Palm Shores Bistro is the consistency. If you've been here once, you can know what to expect every time. But that's about all I can say is really great about the restaurant. Nothing is particularly bad at or about the resturant, it's all just decent. It's not the kind of place where you eat a meal that you reflect on. Just by my personal experience, it's usually a good 30-minute wait for food. Nothing ever really comes out hot if you're with a party, and it feels like all the plates are waiting on one dish for them to be served. The wait staff are friendly and welcoming and have always met every request, but every time I have been, it feel like I have to hunt them down for a refill or whatever my table may need. Overall, I do regularly come here for breakfast with my family, and I'm never disappointed with my breakfast because I know exactly what to expect. The food isn't over the top, but it is still good. It's a good place to start your morning and have a meal where you can actually dine with your family. Would recommend showing up earlier due to the restaurant usually getting fairly full by later morning. “Nice atmosphere plenty of good beers. We started with a flight of 5. LegaSea, YooBrew, Shenanigans, Beach FlIPA and Fest Control. After that we both chose the Beach FlIPA. It was flavorful but the hops were not overpowering (like they can be). We also got a Soft Pretzel with Beer Cheese and Roasted Jalapeño Poppers. They were tasty enough. There is a game room, a merch room and lounge with a comfy couch. We will be back when in the area.“

I ordered mussels in a truffle cream sause, and my wife had a french dip sandwich. The mussels were the best I have ever experienced, and my wife's sandwich was flavorful and satisfying. Gavin provided us with excellent service and helped us find excellent complementary brews for our meal. It was one of the finest evenings we've had in some time. Highly recommended!“
“We've been here a few times but my recent visit prompted my review. Our waitress was Kailey. (I hope I spelled her name right.) She was funny and attentive. Apparently my fish and chips were overcooked and she even told the kitchen she wasn't serving that to me, and had them drop another one. The second one came out a little dark (but not burned) and the front of the house manager came over without my asking, and told me if I didn't like it they'd cook me anything else. However, the second attempt was fine and I enjoyed it, even though it was a little over cooked. The excellent service is why I wanted to write this review.
