Whether it’s the mouthwatering super fresh ice cream, the fresh Dubai strawberry cups, the savory OR sweet waffle options, or the phenomenal service- this place is truly 1000/10. It’s quickly become a Friday after school tradition for my dad and my daughter, they have the best time. There’s even little trinkets for kiddos; hand made crochet figures, 3D printed toys and cute homemade magnets. Whenever we go, Serena is the sweetest and most welcoming owner. It is so prevalent that her and her husband put so much love and effort into this business. You’re truly missing out if you haven’t tried it!”

“Ordered takeout a few times and was absolutely blown away the first few times by the amazing food and generous portions. Unfortunately, that has tapered off more and more. The last time (6/22/26) everything was small, cold, and just looked... sad. I wish I had taken a picture because that Fiesta Platter was more of a Siesta Platter (or maybe even a Pu-Pu Platter). I used to recommend this place, but until they can get their groove back, I'd say drive on, amigo!”

Bo was my server (I think for all 3/4 times I went) and she was so sweet, so professional, so kind, and also quick…even knew when to interject or not to interject. “This place is really amazing I’m glad it opened close to home. Really yummy boba tea which is my favorite. I’ve had the rice bowls which are very good but definitely enjoyed the spicy miso ramen when I went the next time. I took my ramen to go and it was perfectly packaged, and just as good as if I were to have eaten it there. Their spicy edamame is to die for… so yummy and cheesy not too spicy! LOVE THIS PLACE”

“We visited the Viera Whits and met the owner. He was so kind and helpful. He emptied the freezer of cookie sandwiches to find a particular flavor and congratulated my daughter on her student of the month. He even encouraged her on her goal to get all As this year. “We love their food in general! We have visited this place a couple of times already. Although, one time there was a miscommunication of order, my son waited for a long time only at the end, the staff was not able to get all the orders so we waited again since my son was craving for his favourite dish.

The staff should have reiterated all the orders to confirm everything before heading to the kitchen. Over all, we are still satisfied with the food taste.”

From the moment I walked in, Cindy greeted me with a warm smile and an incredibly positive attitude that immediately made my morning better.

She was not only professional and efficient but also had a calm and kind demeanor that made me feel valued as a customer. Even though it was early, she was upbeat, attentive, and truly seemed to enjoy helping people — a rare quality, especially during those quiet morning hours.

Cindy took the time to answer my questions patiently, handled my transaction quickly, and even offered some helpful suggestions I hadn’t considered. She clearly knows her stuff and genuinely cares about the customer experience. The shop was, well-organized, and clearly managed by someone who takes pride in their work — and that someone is Cindy.

“Skeptical of the reviews while parking, and quickly understood the great reviews walking in. First there is a Koi pond inside that transfers you from Florida to Asia to dine! The buffet is vast with so many delicious options.
The hibachi grill cooked in front of your eyes is what I wanted and was very happy with the teriyaki flavor with some added garlic. I liked that watercress was an option to add.
Some other favorites of our party were the Cajun chicken, sweet and sour chicken, veggie springrolls and the chocolate ice cream with various topping choices.
Our drinks were replaced before we finished.
The servers were friendly and good.
The price for lunch was a good deal. We will come back.”

“Arby's, 2300 West New Haven Avenue, West Melbourne, Florida - 4- Stars (Fast Food Rating) Sometimes you just don't have time for a sit-down meal, and you are sick of burgers. One fast food place that occasionally gets overlooked is Arby's. It was founded back in 1964, but what blows my preconceived notions is how Arby's seems to have suddenly become an alternate fast-food (or as Arby's likes to refer to itself, Fast Crafted ®) reality alt fast. Claiming to be the second-largest sandwich restaurant in the world with over 3,500 locations in nine countries, the menu is no longer just roast beef. In fact, Arby's states that it "celebrates the art of Meatcraft® with a variety of high-quality proteins and innovative crave-able sides." Indeed, the menu has expanded greatly. There is a full menu of what appears to be healthier options as well as a wide range of cheat foods. This is not your grandmothers Arby's. Robin is the counter help. She is a wizened veteran of the restaurant business and has an amazing personality for the level she is working here. This must reflect the Arby's Restaurant Group's stated brand purpose of Inspiring Smiles Through Delightful Experiences ™. I am not making this up. Robin even went out to the dining room to ask customers how their food tasted. WHAT? Imagine them doing THAT at the Golden Arches! I ordered the Classic Roast Beef--the standard Arby's throwback--although I had a choice of twelve different Slow Roasted Beef items. Tasty morsels of processed beef product with the accurate flavoring. Next, I tried the Turkey Ranch and Bacon, which had fresh lettuce and tomato and looked and tasted good. Currently, due to a turkey shortage, you can only get this sandwich in one of their stores, not online. Last, an order of the Crinkle Fries (although the Curly Fries looked good too). These fries were cooked right, not over or under fried. The Big Boy says, "Take a break from Mickey D's and give Arby's a shot."”

“In my opinion, good service makes quick restaurants like these stand out… Today, a friendly guy named Warren greeted us and served my girlfriend and I, his vibe was full of life, and we both chatted for a bit making jokes… but Warren was very knowledgeable on the menu and even helped me pick out some of the items for my bowl, I will surely be returning to this location again… good pick on hiring this guy!”

“Starbucks is usually pretty busy, but the line moves quickly, which makes it an easy stop even during peak times.

The coffee is consistently good, and the baristas are experienced and do a great job preparing drinks. The staff is friendly, and the store is always clean and well maintained. It’s also nice to see the manager actively on the floor, greeting customers and helping things run smoothly.

Overall, it’s just a solid, reliable place to grab a drink and go about your day. A consistently positive experience every visit definitely a 5-star store in my book.”

“Piping hot always fresh Phô served with a smile. They keep the tables clean. We love and swear by Phô Viet. I had their Beef Stew for a change and it is superior in all respects and the beef and vegetables were soft telling me that it was cooked with care. We all love Phô Viet with a manager always present. What a great place to eat Vietnamese food. If I had one wish I'd hire a Bus Boy to clear the tables of the dishes so that our server's hands don't have the prior customer's germs on their hands.”
