“Their marinara is lightly sweet. Great meatballs. The peppers and sausage are wonderful. I had them on angel hair. And their Caesar is spot on. They have a courtyard with lots of shade for outdoor dining. Great little place to get great Italian in a pleasant atmosphere.“

“For many years Tuscany has remained our family's favorite restaurant. We have brought many others to Tuscany and invariably they too become loyal lovers of the place. The food is always magnificent and reason enough to come but, it is also the warm, personal service from wonderful individuals like our favorite, Luciano that will make this place stay in your heart. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a wonderful dining experience. You won't be disappointed.“

“What a cute little place! Great, quick Italian food. The gnocchi in a creamy pesto (special request) was divine and I will definitely be back for that exact meal. Son had a pizza and hubby had the bolognese penne. All were huge hits. The two working were pleasant and accommodating to our requests.“

“We've been going here on and off for the last 8 years or so. The food/atmostphere/service has always been very good. Today, we were served by Sabrina (also the bartender) who really made the entire experience special. She was exceptional in every way and we will most certainly be asking for her next time we're in.“

“After moving to Alabama more than 15 years ago, I came back to town to get a Sicilian Pizza like we always got. When Rebecca told me that her husband and her took it over and he has been the cook for 23 years I was relieved. The Pizza is fantastic and if you have never had one you need to get one. “My husband and I went to Italy's Pizzeria for the first time yesterday. When we walked in, it reminded us of places we frequented growing up in NY/NJ, so we had high hopes. And they delivered - we love everything about this restaurant. The food was delicious, the portions generous and served hot - The Eggplant Parmesan, Ziti, and Garlic Knots were all excellent - the prices can't be beat, and the server Saki is a delight. We met the owner Lara (I hope I got that right) who clearly cares about her business and customers. We found our new favorite neighborhood Italian restaurant!

“What a gorgeous restaurant! My experience at the charcuterie bar was excellent! Carefully selected cured meats and regional Italian cheeses. It felt like being in Tuscany for a night. Cocktails are well executed and served. Definitely the perfect Italian spot in town to get together in a charming, yet casual setting. Can’t wait to dine on the patio, as the weather warms up. Highly recommended!“

“I came in on Monday this week, and may I say that my waitress, Laura, was fantastic! She suggested I try the shrimp scampy, which was delicious. She offered so many refills on my tea, that I finally had to turn her offer down or I would float away. I will return, asked for her and hope I get Laura.“

“My youngest son too me for my birthday. WONDERFUL food and atmosphere! I had the Gluten free pasta with meat sauce, the endless salad and special ice cream, my son had the meat ravioli and garlic rolls. I highly recommend going to Provino’s for a nice Italian meal. On your birthday you do get a free meal, salad, garlic rolls and their ice cream! I’ve been to this location 3 times this year alone!!“

“I saw the word Johnny's and started to write it's the best authentic New York style Pizza place in Acworth but honestly I don't know of any others to compare it with. Oh yeah, Pie In The Sky is really good but the slices are so huge that I found it a bit sloppy with a soggy crust. When I discovered Johnny's that ended my search. It's a 10 out of 10 for me.“
