OMG ? I tried the fish ? it's was brain ? food always good for you out of this world ? delicious ?? and so good I wanted more but couldn't eat another one OMG ? awesome customer service too thanks from the VIP Queen ? herself all
I witnessed the worse service by the person who identified themselves as manager. The customer stated their order was incorrect and requested a refund or correction. After another person tried to assist, the manager simply said "I'm wrong, but what am I supposed to do?" Which made no sense. The customer had spent $16 on their meal. The manager called the mall security. This is the point, the chicken, fries and labor costed a fraction of the profit made on the meal. Good business...read full review

I frequent this location because it’s convenient and in the mall However, the customer service at this location sucks. The women have attitudes and don’t speak English. I’ve literally seen them drop some fries and put them in a container to sell and they have resold some returned food! The food was decent but those two incidents and their attitudes have turned me away from giving this location my money.
