“Amazing place for some new Orleans style food. The service was friendly and entertaining. The food, although a bit on the expensive side, was very good. The portion size was small compared to the pricing. However, the quality and taste was outstanding. They automatically add a 20%tip to the bill, this is mentioned on the menu so it was not a surprise. The staff worked in such harmony that the differently earned the 20% and more.If you are looking for a place with friendly staff and great food this is the place.“

“We were told of this place by a friend! We went to the Italian Place owned by the same owners only 50 feet away and it was an experience ad well! Top Notch for the West Side! The server Tim was AMAZING but OREATHAS.... speechless. The Chef Lucky and the Bartender Bre were great! My Seafood dish was unavailable at the Italion spot so I wanted food, I order the Crawfish Fries but their is a fancy name I can't remember but it was great! Plus I can't remember because of the EXCELLENT DRINKS I had. The desserts were PHENOMAL too! I recommend both of these places! Hand sown a TREASURE on the Westside!“

I literally order online and go in to pick it up then leave. Sometimes the parking attendant is rude when I say I just want to pick up food but I guess he just be busy with his flow and high I understand. I don't like their new online system. It charges me for extra stuff that I don't need and there's no way to not get it. But over all, top 5 favorite food kitchen in Atlanta, downtown area.“

This is great for day or night date or with family/ friends. Our server, E, was attentive, friendly, and best of all informative on the food and drinks!! “Barrio ATL is an entire VIBEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! I ended up here on a Thursday. I was in the Cascade area and in the mood for tacos. After a search on Yelp Barrio ATL popped up and was where we headed for the night. As a heads up, Barrio ATL sits in the corner of the strip plaza. As such, the parking can be a bit tight so be sure to choose a space accordingly. Upon walking in, the ambiance puts you in the mindset of a trendy hookah lounge. Wall seating, chairs, and tables are to the left, and a VIP area style is to the right. The DJ is directly to the left of the VIP area and the bar area is to the left of the DJ. The building is medium-sized and build rectangular so there is ample length as compared to the width. There was no one at the Hostess booth when I walked in, however, the young lady got up from one of the tables in the back, greeted me, and quickly took us to our table. Once seated, the waitress assigned to our table came over and was super nice and welcoming. She introduced herself as Shay and went over the specials for the night. As the ambiance is more than just a casual bar, Shay’s service was superior. Her personality shined and she enhanced the overall experience of the night. Thank you, Shay! Based on the specials for the night I decided to go with the 3 Chicken Birriia Tacos for $9 (this was a great deal as they are usually $20) and a side of fries. As they didn’t have Sweet Tea on the menu I ordered a bottle of water. Shout out to Barrio ATL for serving Fiji. Ha. Babeeeeeeeeee… Here me when I tell you… I don’t know what kind of potatoes these fries were made with but they were the BOMBBBBBBBB. They were thick, perfectly fried, golden to perfection, and well seasoned. For the record, I would go back for the fries alone. LoL! The birria tacos were good as well. As this was my first time having them I don’t have anything to compare them to, however, I enjoyed the experience. The crunchiness of the taco shell with the well-seasoned chicken. The birria consomé was well seasoned and definitely enhanced the flavor of the taco, as such, for my first birria experience I enjoyed it. Furthermore, if the chicken was this good, I can’t wait to try the beef. Overall Barrio ATL is def one to add to the checklist when you are looking for a vibe. The DJ was on point, the ambiance was hittin like it needed to be, and the overall flow of the environment was ideal for a kick it/unwind/grab a drink type of vibe.“

Great music that wasn’t too loud. I was able to talk to my husband and enjoy the music too.Now the food…..10/10!!! I had the lamb chops and they were the best lamb chops I’ve ever had. My husband recently had lamb chops from another restaurant for triple the price and he said they were better than those! He had the catfish and grits and when I tasted it, I didn’t even have words ? We also had the jerk chicken egg-rolls which were very fresh and delicious. Drinks were also great. This is our 2nd time visiting and we absolutely will be back every time we come to ATL.“

“My family and I are from Ohio and wanted some southern soul food. We located Zion Delight Southern Cuisine and to sum it up in one word: EXCELLENT!! We were greeted with big smiles and friendliness. Food was setup in a self-service manner. This gave everyone a chance to customize their meal with the wide variety of soul food. Everyone in my family said that their meal was great! They helped us plan our trip back to where we were staying in order to avoid ATL’s crazy highway traffic. My only complaint is that the size of their location is too small! Their food and customer service deserve a bigger location!! If you get a chance to eat here, I would highly recommend!!“

When I was in there this last time I overheard a more frequent customer talking to the person she was with saying that some of the food be a hit or miss. I was looking for a diner and ended upside inside of a building that essentially was a whole bunch of food places in one. I got the Inferno Fried Rice and it genuinely lives up to its name. They ask you for your spice level when ordering, please do not underestimate the spice level! I ordered 'Hot Spicy' and I got hiccups after the first few bites. It's very flavorful and you get a lot of food. If you order fried tofu with the order it's free but I wanted to try the potstickers so there was an upcharge. They have options like vegan duck and vegan shrimp, will definitely have to try it out next time. My food came out around the 25/30 min mark, which honestly isn't too bad for a Sunday night event night (One Music Fest)“

“The smothered pork chop is a must at K&K soul food and so are the collard greens. The sweet tea is great and the service is pretty good. Unfortunately the Mac and cheese and cornbread are dry. The service was good and the price was great for the amount of food I got.“

“The service was excellent, friendly staff, and food is great . First time visiting family in Atlanta and was looking for southern food this was the first place that popped up that was near. I purchased the lunch special Meatloaf, Mac n cheese, and greens. The flavor in everything is good . Also tried the famous lemonade that comes in a variety of flavors to choose from. Sweet and good. If anyone hasn't traveled to Atl yet, I definitely recommend trying out Big Daddys Kitchen. Good is great“

“This food is finger licking delicious. My friend and I went today and I wanted everything. But I settle for the mouth watering BBQ ribs and scrumptious mac and cheese. Next time I will try smothered pork chops or fried chicken. The People are great. Thanks for everything. Oh my daughter loved the broccoli and cheese“

“First time going and it was a nice experience. Cashier was very friendly and recommended a chicken & rib combo so that I could try several things. I got Mac & Cheese and collard greens as the sides. The food was very good however, only constructive feedback is that they should put let sauce on the items. My plate was drowned in sauce as you can see in my picture listed. Wait time was very quick. Will definitely go back!“

“The way the restaurant is set up it's definitely a take out only situation. The food is good, especially when hot. Service is friendly and attentive. The building is definitely in need of some modern TLC as it looks abandoned from the outside. The kitchen has a 98 grade, which I can definitely see from a place like this. The prices are pretty good. I usually get the onion and bell pepper added to my omelet.“
