I’m a bit of a coffee snob and Relic never disappoints! They also have a unique selection of bags of whole bean coffee (and I assume will ground upon request) and I’ve given the beans as gifts to fellow coffee snobs. It can take a bit to sometimes get your goods so be patient if so and enjoy the smells of fresh coffee.”

“I have never been a waffle person, but Cafe on 8th has created such a delicious and savory way to enjoy waffles. I had the low country waffle which has the essence of a delicious bowl of Shrimp and Grits. The waffle texture of course is not grits, but held its own with the crunchy corners and pillowy centers that sopped up all that rich flavor. I'm excited to try the other dishes soon.”

“This place has been opened for a while and I finally decided to stop by and try them. I went last night and got their blonde and white chocolate mocha. As a first time visitor, the waiter was extremely patient and even offered suggestions. He was great. It looked extremely clean inside and not overly crowded. The drinks were amazing. The white chocolate mocha actually tasted like chocolate. I enjoyed it so much that I went back today. Listen, their mango lemonade is to die for. Half my drink was gone before I even made it back home. This is definitely one of my new favorite coffee/drink spots!”

“My wife and I stopped by to get breakfast in between doctors appointments and though the restaurant was extremely busy we were lucky enough to get a CLEAN booth right away!! The manager and his cook were both on the grill knocking orders out super fast with the waitresses and waiter busting there buts taking care of the customers not missing a beat!! We received excellent service-super delicious food and were out of there in less than 30 minutes!!! The managers name was Steve and he and his entire crew were absolutely amazing!! “I ordered the biscuits and gravy (actually it was a single biscuit) and the advertised strawberry waffle with whipped cream on top. The best part of the meal was the biscuit and gravy. It was better than what I’ve had at most restaurants, but the biscuits and gravy at Pilot Flying J is still significantly better. For the strawberry waffle, I thought it was a little too mushy (I prefer a more spongy waffle). And the whipped cream wasn’t really cream, but rather a whipped topping that melts into a slightly milky but almost translucent liquid. The truth is, it wasn’t a bad meal. I’ve had much worse. But I’ve also had much better. I had expected top quality food when I walked in, and I was a little disappointed.The service and atmosphere was exactly what I had expected. Based on the service and atmosphere I would return to this Waffle House. But I would perhaps explore something else on the menu.”

“2nd visit :we enjoyed it..I had the Ribeye, corn, loaded mashed husband had chicken fried steak,baked potato, corn. It was fantastic. I would now highly recommend this place. The service and atmosphere were outstanding. Portions are large so come hungry.... Husband's hamburger was raw and French fries were cold. My shrimp was extremely over cooked and was tough. She replaced the hamburger ( iron was worse than the first and they changed me for the fries!!! Bill came to a little over $50.. to think we could have gone to the best restaurants!!

Parking: This place is the worst place we've been and it's expensive. I would like to say upon our 2nd visit I would rate the food, service and atmosphere were fantastic. We will be returning”

I'm from the south so when you somewhere you expect the cheese grits to be blah... BUT NO.. Their cheese grits had so much flavor they were amazing. And the French toast was soft and moist even after the butter has been sitting on it for a second. 10/10 highly recommend. Best breakfast ever😋🥰🩷🫶🏾”

“I was there last night and OMG I had a blast. DJ Charlie Z and DJ Cruz were fantastic. I hadn’t danced so much in a while. All the DJs are great on any given Friday or Saturday. All the staff was fantastic and attentive and the drinks were delicious”

“The food was average overall—not bad, but I felt the chilaquiles lacked spiciness. I asked for a spicy sauce, but it was about the same. It was also the first time I’ve had chilaquiles served without sour cream, which I had to order separately. The eggs on my plate were also overcooked, which took away from the dish. Another small detail is that there are no coffee refills. On the positive side, the service was outstanding, the place is very clean, and it has a nice atmosphere in a good location. I just felt the food could use a bit more authenticity. Maybe next time I’ll try something different.”

“Stopped in here for lunch today and was not disappointed! I had a torta (like a panini) called the Fatty Watty. It has pulled pork, strawberry bacon jam, bacon pieces, and shredded cheese. It’s the perfect combination of sweet and savory. You can get it with elote corn salad or fresh fruit- I opted for the fruit and sprinkled it with Tajin and let me tell you something- what a spectacular meal so full of flavor and very filling! I’ll definitely be back and I’ll bring friends. The menu is super creative and though seating inside is limited, it’s definitely worth the trip! Next time I’ll save room for dessert- the dulce de leche empanadas sound great!”

“I visited The Patio for the first time yesterday, and I was truly impressed! From the moment I walked in, Toni made me feel so welcome. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful behind the bar. She took the time to explain the menu and drink specials in detail, which I really appreciated.

The food was excellent—I had the cheeseburger, and it was surprisingly flavorful in every bite. The drinks? Amazing! Not only did they taste great, but they were also beautifully presented. What shocked me the most was finding out it was Toni’s first day behind the bar—she’s usually in the kitchen! You never would’ve guessed. She crafted each drink with a perfect balance of alcohol and mixers like a seasoned pro.
