“Today we had the pleasure of dining at Twin Peaks, and I can say I was pleasantly surprised! The food was outstanding, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Every bite was a delight, showcasing the kitchen's creativity and attention to detail. What truly made our visit memorable, however, was the exceptional service we received from our waitress, Jasmine. She was attentive without being intrusive, always ensuring that our glasses were full and offering great recommendations from the menu. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for the food made our dining experience even more enjoyable. I hope management recognizes Jasmine's excellent customer skills and knowledge of the menu and fast-tracks her to management. I highly recommend Twin Peaks to anyone looking for delicious food, a fantastic atmosphere, and spectacular service. I can't wait to return and try more from their menu! “My family and I experienced a wonderful dinner at Carabas on Washington Road in Augusta, GA this week. Not only was the food fantastic but so was our waiter, Kahleel. We can not say enough about how polite, attentitive and professional he was. He gave us the inpression that he enjoyed serving us. There are very, very few restaurant's in the area that have employees who have given us the service in which Kahleel did. My family and I would like his management to commend him on a job well done! She made our evening fantastic with her warm charm, professionalism and knowledge, and attention to detail and comfort. It's rare to find such Five-Star/Five-Diamond wait-staff in a family restaurant. Adriana proved that perspective wrong. And my grandson gave her a big smile and goodbye when we left...he too thought she was wonderful. They have a multitude of ways to have your coffee and the Baristas are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. That key lime flavor was SO good and strong, definitely my favorite! The employee was kind and struck up conversation with me. The young lady who helped me, Bella, was absolutely amazing. One of the drink orders I had written down was incorrect, so I had to call a coworker to confirm it. Bella was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding while I sorted everything out. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the entire experience enjoyable.

I ordered a large banana milkshake, extra sweet, with white chocolate drizzle and whipped cream, and it was delicious. Between the great drink and Bella's outstanding service, my first visit was a fantastic one.

Unlike too many other local Chinese food places. The Fried Chicken wings are cooked great, and the price again is better than other locations. This family food place geared more to order and takeout than sit down. It is a family run business that has serviced the local area for 10+ years. The young lady taking orders is very polite and friendly. So you are treated and feel more like someone special, than just a typical walk-in customer.”

Been here twice in a month and tried different sandwiches each time and every single one is delicious, the group of friends I've gone with said the same about their sandwiches as well. The cheesecake is delicious as well, don't miss it! Only bad part was the most recent visit, yesterday 11 July, the service was terrible. Had to wave down another waitress who happened to be walking by just to get drink refills even though they were empty when they brought our food. Our waiter would disappear for like 20 minutes when we did see him. Definitely recommend for the food, not so much the service.”

“Ate here fpr lunch while passing through Augusta on a Sunday. We sat at the bar which was not busy. We ordered a pain killer drink which was really good. I had the country fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. The crunch on the chicken was perfect. The chicken was tender and the sides were good. My husband got the Monte Cristo which is a ham & cheese sandwich battered and deep fried. It was huge. Comes with raspberry jam and he got a side of brocolli & rice casserole. It was unique and really good. And let's not forget the bread they bring out, honey butter croissants. They were my favorite part of the meal. Pricing for all was reasonable as well.”
