They are seasoned with a little bit of sugar, which adds a lot to the flavor. My burrito was good;however I didn't realize the entrees come with gochujang spicy sauce by default. I'm not the biggest fan of gochujang and think I'd prefer my meal without it. Service was friendly and restaurant was relatively clean. I'd go back for the fries“
“We were in the area and randomly decided to try it for lunch. My son had the crab fried rice. My husband and I both had the Salt and Pepper fish. First off the food presentation was exquisite!!! What they do is scoop out chunks of fish, fry them and then put the back in the belly if the fish which makes it easier to eat without the bones interfering. My son said his rice had plenty of crab mixed into the rice and a generous portion of crab molded on top. Their chili oil is even fresh made with the right amount of heat/sweet balance. And can I tell you? The restaurant is BEAUTIFUL. We were there with our son, but this is a perfect date night. The service was friendly, conversational enough and we felt welcome.“

“Was there a management change recently?? I got the Yum Yum Shrimp and Chicken lo mein yesterday and neither was what I have gotten before. The yum yum shrimp were basically over battered small shrimp with a side of sauce in a container. This was not at all what I’ve ordered before. The chicken in the lo mein usually is very chunky, juicy and very flavorful, therefore putting it a step above other Chinese takeout places. This was not the case this time. It looked and tasted like every other takeout spot. The chicken was shaved very thin, had no flavor and there were way too many vegetables mixed in. Very disappointed and won’t be going back.“

It had ample space and was in a shopping center.The food was amazing, I ordered the Won Ton soup, mango chicken (not spicy; can be ordered that way) and it came with rice. To finalize my meal, I had a mango slushie. As I smelled the bowl as it came, it was wonderful to the nose and as it was time to dig in, It was great. It was steaming and the food was complimentary to my sides and none of the flavors was battling each other. You will enjoy each spoonful of this soup, In addition, mango chicken had green peppers and mango which tasted sweet. Mango Slushie lacked flavor but it still was decent.Service was great, and she was consistent and checked in with us. Basically, they bring a bowl of boiling broth with an assortment of additives. There are things like corn, tofu, bamboo, quail egg, crumbled pork, mushrooms etc. I started with the big strips of beef, which cooked in the broth. Then, I added the things I wanted to make a tasty, allergen-free soup. Rice noodles are included to add or eat separately.On one visit, I had the rice noodle soup with braised bone-in beef, which was delicious but has all the stuff already added, so I had to pick stuff out of it.I had the brown sugar sticky rice which was delicious. It reminded me of the mozzarella stick that had a delicious gooey inside with a little crust on the outside. It is gluten-free and dairy-free but with a soy powder on top that they'll leave off on your request.It's probably best if you don't take your cotillion date here unless you're securely past the third date. Handling the meal was awkward. I was trying to eat a big piece of beef without a fork, or knife. Additionally, I was trying to shovel long slippery noodles with chopsticks and a spoon. If you do decide to take your date here, there are some really safe things like crispy chicken with rice and, weirdly, Cajun fries.My kid had a crispy rice cutlet with rice and broccoli. She liked it. It's not gluten-free and has a lighter crust than most fried chicken.So, it's an adventurous meal for the average American. Poke Fresh was delicious - everything tasted fresh - and I liked how they mixed everything together (something that my old poke place did not do well). What surprised me even more was what happened on my subsequent visits. The staff remembered my order and would chat with me as if I had been coming here for years. Cut to three years later and this still applies! I come here a few times a month and every time they are very welcoming - they recognize me, make my order, and remember conversations we've had before. When my husband picks up poke for me, he just tells them it's for me and they make my order just as I like it! oI've been so happy with finding this place and have recommended it to all my friends that like poke. Recently I saw they sold margaritas and that got me in the door!I received great customer service from the door. There’s an option to use a kiosk but they are friendly enough to ring you. Whether you dine in or take out, they walk the food to you. Staff literally wait and service you from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. In the evenings they dim the lights and put out mini table lamps and the atmosphere is so calming and welcoming.The food is great although they are known for the sesame fries, I’m not a fan. “Located in a small grocery store, I've always had this place bookmarked and so happy I finally got to try it! The lady who took care of us was so attentive and sweet, she would bring our group more rice as she saw it running low. We were a group of 6 and shared: - Grilled Pompano: one of my favorites of everything we got. It was already cut in half for us which made it easy to pull apart to share. The fish was so delicious, and whatever the glaze was - it was addicting. A bit sweet with some savory. Would highly recommend! It comes with this spicy fermented shrimp paste - Ssambal shrimp: spicy! So if you can't handle spice, maybe would skip this - Ssambal chicken: less spicy than the shrimp in my opinion? The chicken was so juicy and moist, I personally preferred this over the shrimp - Beef Rendang: meat was tender which was nice. It was a bit different than the rendang that our friend's family made but still good - curry with either goat or lamb: sorry, couldn't remember which meat but it may have been goat. The curry consistency isn't super thick but the flavors were there, enjoyed it. - noodle soup: delicious, one of my top favorites of the night. Comes with a mix of ramen like and vermicelli noodles, meat balls, this tofu, and veggies. The broth had a nice umami flavor, would recommend! - chicken satay: same glaze as the fish, so of course this was good - not pictured is a veggie dish that is similar to snow pea leaves that was very good as well as the roti which you can't go wrong with. Glad to have come as a group so we could try a bunch of things. Can't wait to come back!“

Our server, David Ramos, was friendly, explained Asian Fusion cuisine, and described specific menu items enthusiastically. We ordered baby octopus... a spicy, crispy, red adventure; Asian-seasoned corn-on-the-cob (who knew?); and panko-crusted chicken strips with curried veggies over jasmine rice. We were impressed. The flavors were distinct but not powerful. The spicy hotness was entertaining without burning. The panko was crispy on the tender, juicy chicken; the veggies... carrots, onion, and broccoli... were al dente; the currie sauce was mildly spicely over almost-fluffy (vs. pasty) jasmine rice; and the serving was remarkably generous. My guest tried the jasmine rice beer and enjoyed its lightness and slight aroma. Our desert was an exquisite coconut-encrusted Creme Brulee. The pace of service was relaxed so we were able to talk and laugh between servings and the attentive visits by David and bussers. A two-hour lunch is uncommon; we enjoyed every minute of our first experience at Hopstix, and will be brining our friends there soon.“
