“My family and friends love Local 1110, and have been frequent patrons for over 5 years. What I don't understand is what's happening recently in Savannah with places closing early, or not offering full service like the rooftops or other areas on beautiful days and evenings. We arrived early an hour early to r 8pm reservation, looking forward to sitting rooftop, having some drinks/apps, and watching the sunset before dinner, but the rooftop was closed and not for a private party, just closed. And this isn't the first time. Love you local and will always recommend but we need our non tourist attractions to offer rooftops as well. ?“

“We accidentally found this place when staying in a hotel nearby (on a roadtrip) we were all very pleasantly surprised! My two kids loved the pancakes with fruit and chocolate chips. “Quinn's is not flashy but the food is exceptional! The food was wonderful, fresh, delicious. The staff is energetic, friendly and capable. The cooks do an excellent job. Eating here (twice) was honestly one of the highlights of our Savannah visit (and we did a LOT while we were here). When we are next ANYWHERE near Savannah, we'll make a trip to Quinn's for the pleasure of revisiting what feels like an old friend. Quinn, the owner, works just as hard as the rest of the staff. Everyone we saw was constantly moving. Think "whirling dervishes!" On our first visit, we saw a wide variety of customers-business people, tourists, locals, singles, couples, groups. I didn't notice anyone that seemed unhappy and everyone seemed to enjoy the food and the visit. On our second visit, we made it a point to be the first ones in the restaurant (which opens at 0630 but Tripadvisor wouldn't let me put in that time). We arrived probably at 0633 and soon after a steady stream of people (most likely locals) came in to start their day. Although they were constantly on the go, the staff somehow managed to carve out time to talk with us, talk about the business and generally engage. Amazing and such an absolute refreshing touch! We had the definite pleasure of being one of the first customers for one of Quinn's relatives (also an interesting story). She was very new to the electronic order system but Quinn was patient and our server was diligent making sure everything was correct. Quinn is clearly a "hands on" owner. She and her entire staff seem to enjoy what they do and take great pride in providing excellent service and food. Our dining experience was an absolute pleasure. Bottom line: Go to Quinn's - excellent food, exceptional service, fantastic atmosphere and overall a wonderful experience. I hope Quinn's Breakfast and Lunch continues to enjoy phenomenal success!“

“The Ordinary Pub was the perfect spot for all the right reasons - the service, the food, and the atmosphere. We started with the Fried Green Tomato Capresse Salad. It was a fun, creative, and yummy take on the traditional caprese. We followed that with the Duck Confit Tacos. These were flavorful and fresh and we loved the accompanying red cabbage slaw. Palmer was the perfect waitress - full of southern charm, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The manager, Rich, also deserves mention. When we asked about grits and their origin in relation to polenta and cornmeal he went out of his way and printed up an informational comparison! And, when we asked about the duck, he went and got the chef who was equally kind, helpful and patient with our questions. I highly recommend The Ordinary Pub.“

“Today we had a delightful lunch at Gryphon in Savannah. The wait staff are young SCAD students and enjoy questions regarding their very popular school and individual major.The food was excellent! Very fresh and well seasoned with yummy non alcohol drinks to quench our thirst.But the front of the house, a woman who sat at a nearby table with a laptop. When we arrived she had her back to us and appeared to be discussing "tips" with another older woman as we stood waiting to be shown at table. She also interviewed staff at this table all the while patrons would enter and wait while she rudely ignored them. One couple struggled with the entry door and a patron got up and helped them while the so called manager engaged with staff.The staff although young and inexperienced were far more aware of patrons then their so called older manager who is no role model and a terrible front of the house.“

The band was the Hitman and wow wow wow!!
