“While we were visiting the States from Australia, a friend took us to Outback. The food was delicious. We really enjoyed our waiter Nora - she was a delight. Nothing was a problem and she was very efficient and made sure we had everything we needed. A wonderful person and we really enjoyed her taking such great care of us. Thanks Nora!! <3 big hugs from Rick and Jo from Australia.“

“Thankfully the restaurant wasn't too cold, which is typical for these sit down chain restaurants. We arrived around 5pm to beat the dinner rush, so there were minimal tables occupied. Haily, our waitress, was polite, attentive, and checked on us often (but not too often). She impressed me by remembering (no notepad in sight) our entire order perfectly, which consisted of special requests since I can not eat dairy. Our food was cooked exactly how we asked (the steaks had the right about of pink) and the vegetables were crisp. The only negative thing we experienced was the fries were too salty for our preference (but we don't eat a lot of salt so it could just be our tastes).“

“I have tasted wonderful steak not only in NY, where I’m from, but across the Midwest where steakhouses are legendary. I say this only because in reading this review you need to know that I know what I’m talking about. Toni’s is very good. Perhaps now in the top 3 in my book. Family run, with Dad the chef, mom putting the kitchen together, Toni running the front end, and Mateo, a first level Sommelier, mixing perfect drinks and presenting the wines, the formula is enviable. But most importantly, the steak that I had tonight, a 14 oz. Ribeye, was prepared and presented perfectly, with slender and tender asparagus, beautifully sautéed mushrooms and a lettuce wedge with in house blue cheese. The flavors blended in a way that other steakhouses strive for but rarely achieve. Moreover, the menu is expansive. I simply circled in on the ribeye. The restaurant is a Gem. Go!“

“We arrived as they opened. We had Alex and could not have asked for any better service. Salads were fresh and crisp and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Rolls have changed to a longer style which being raised on Grandma's Mt. Airey NC light rolls with home made cow's butter, I really appreciate the memories these stir.“

“We had dinner at Belford’s and it was more than just a meal. Our server Alex was exceptional and shared a lot of the local history as we chatted with him throughout the evening. The cocktails were outstanding (I had their specialty Candied Bacon Manhattan and my wife had the Flip Your Fig) and the homemade bread simply delicious. We split a filet mignon and the halibut for a little surf and turf that was outstanding. Finished things off with bread pudding for dessert. Highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed.“
