I have been a loyal customer of King Southern delight in Stone Mountain, GA for as long as they have been at the Redan Rd location but my recent Thanksgiving experience put them on another level from a Customer Service standpoint. Due to a communication error my order was not ready when I arrived to pick it up and the owner graciously offered to deliver it to my home in the adjacent county. The food: turkey wings, chicken, yams, collard greens were cool,, but the customer service isn't.. The short light skinned lady acts like a grumpy old lady,, but she's not that old! Also,, the guy at the cash register needs to work on his hygiene and professionalism.. If you want people to come back,, work on customer service (being courteous),, personal appearance and hygiene

I've never had bad food here. The food has always been pretty tasty. NEVER BURNED. Rice should be included with some of the dishes being that they are pricey like the turkey wings. Instead you are charged as an extra side, which is crazy. NOW THAT I DON'T LIKE. However, I have to agree with the Customer Service. Not very friendly to be a "family" owned business.Vegetarian options: The veggies are very good.Kid-friendliness: definitely need a kid friendly menu.
