“This was my first visit to Charlie's cheesesteaks I was going on a recommendation from my son who eats them out in Lafayette Louisiana and says they are great. I would have to agree they are very good at the least. I got the large bacon three cheese and only could eat half of it so I will get to have the other half at supper. “Tonight I observed a hard working team of young people who respected their leader & work together to execute orders for their customers. I ordered a 15pc wing, which required the team to cook my food to order. I didn't receive attitude, nor did I detect an unwillingness to prepare the order. Bridgette who was the manager on duty stated "she could really use one more person" out of fatigue but expressed it calmly as if it were simply wishful thinking. Her location was understaffed but they pulled together to prepare the orders efficiently. I was impressed with what I was seeing. One of the young men took the initiative to fill the straw holders in drive thru, where he could've easily ignored the need and left it for someone else to do. I also asked to make sure my wings were well cooked. To ensure my order was as I requested she cooked them an extra minute. The team was under pressure, tired, and understaffed yet still provided exceptional service to customers that were there as I waited & to me as well. Keep up the good work Bridgette & team, good customer service is on the verge of extinction. I appreciate experiencing such great service this evening there with you and your people. Blessings⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“It was Christmas Eve. Rolled in grab something to eat and dined in. The atmosphere was amazing. They closed me in when they closed for the day
Didn't bother me at all while I ate and they closed down the restaurant. Burger was absolutely fantastic for my 1st visit to Five “

“Ice cream good. Fast food service needs improvement. Second time I’ve ordered 4 and 6 piece chicken finger baskets. Both times I received 2-4 piece orders instead. Counting is a must when tanking and preparing orders.“

“This was surprisingly great tasting. The automated ordering system messed up my order however I couldn’t hold that against them. The members here fixed the issue with zero attitude.

Parking: You have plenty of spaces to park and eat at the tables. It’s a weird location but they make it work well.“

I ordered the Garlic Double Steakburger with onion rings and a bowl of chili. So. Good. My burger was hot, cooked to perfection, and had just enough garlic butter to make it good but not overpower your taste buds. Awesome experience at Steak'n Shake.“

Need a better pick up option for orders placed online so those of us with young kids don't have to go inside and get them out of their car seats and back into them. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to save time cuz Might as well roll thru the drive through and wait it out. All around excellent. A good slim chickens location compared to others.“

“Monday 3/18/24 was my 4th or 5th visit to this location in last 5 months or so. Each visit has been top notch. The employees are always friendly. The food is made perfect every time. The ingredients are spread out evenly. The 1 customization I make is always spot on. I am thoroughly impressed with this location every time I come. I live in North Perry and drive out of my way to this location when the Taco Bell craving hits. Keep up the good work!!“

“Wasn't as busy as I remembered it to be but service was prompt. I was able to get my order without waiting long. On a good note it appears that the little burgers have gotten a little bigger. With that distinctive good Krystal burger taste they are still as good as they have always been.👍“

“?️Customer Service from greeting upon entering, to leaving was Exceptional (Although, after checking our bag, we told the young lady our egg rolls were missing, where she replied "oh sorry I forgot") ???TIP- ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING!!!?️The establishment was semi-clean with a very nice setup inside, and outside is simply BEAUTIFUL ??️The "Choy Mein" was flavorless neither myself nor my adult daughter liked it, we added our own seasonings, butter, and soy sauce which made it edible; BUT the Teriyaki Chicken and Orange Chicken was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION 100% flavor plus juicy and tender, we fell madly in LOVE and will return for those 2 items specifically ?❤️?❤️?? Lastly, we were sad to see NO masks on the employees as they have to speak over people's food and NO completely covered hair ? In spite of this, we would still recommend this location

“The location on the Russell extension is one of the best fast food options in Houston county. Their facility is always very clean and the food is fresh and hot when received. The people who work there are friendly and their service is fantastic. They offer healthier foods like non-fried fish 🐟 options, baked potatoes 🥔 and broccoli! 🥦 Their broccoli looks and tastes more like home cooked and is delicious!“

“Every time we come to this location, we have a great experience. The food is good, orders are correct and the staff are friendly. Today, in particular, Dez was very kind and I was so impressed by her ability to hear orders through the dated speaker system and still make drinks, take payments, and work the drive through window simultaneously. She does it all with a smile on her face! The gentleman working the grill realized he gave me a wrong side and fixed it before I even got my food. I ordered 2 double krabby patty meals and I realized I got singles instead only after getting all the way home and my husband already halfway eating his meal. As well as having the remind the drive thru that a portion of my order wasn’t given to me. So I had to wait longer to get the other portion. The manager there went out of his way to come out to use and give us free coupons to redeem their ice creams at a later date. Absolutely made my kids day. The food was good and came right out.
