“I was pleasantly surprised by how good Island Chef fish & chips were. The setup was modest and unassuming, but the owner was very confident in his product, which I respect. Definitely the best fried fish I had on Maui. The fish was so fresh, the batter was light and airy. I would actually drive the Road to Hana all over to eat here again.“
