“This place hides in back of a parking lot surrounded by food trucks. The place itself is a shack, it is the Ford Fiesta of food trucks. Only one dish served, with five choices of topping: Bingsu with chocolate, mango, strawberry, pineapple, or melon.

A cup of frozen sweet cream that has been shaved to the fineness of powdered sugar with alternating layers of your topping, and a scoup of vanilla ice cream on top.

Light, delicious, and exceptionally refreshing in the hot humid afternoon. Wife and I shared one serving with pineapple and it was plenty.“

While we were staying at turtle Bay, we came to this place three nights in a row for dinner. My wife got the street tacos every single night from Papi's. I also recommend the shrimp burrito.
