I haven't had Subway in years as I usually grab Jersey Mike's when sub cravings surface.In prep for my 1st trip back to Subway in ages, I downloaded their app & placed an order for 3 different footlong subs & a fountain drink. I arrived prior to the "ready" time so I waited until my app reflected the order to be ready for pickup. Bit slow on the uptake today. I think if you are going to put a trainee on, they should have a badge so we can cut them some slack. It took me too long to work that out today.The prices on the board are almost impossible to read.

Popped in to pick up a few mobile ordered sandwhiches. Jade and Heavenly created me with a smile. They treated the customer ahead of me with kindness and patience and I appreciated that. The sandwiches were made to request and looked delicious.
