“I was a little bit surprised to see 5 out of 5 stars rating. But this place very much deserves it. One of the best sushi places I ever tried. “Wow! Ordered the Tofu Udon. This should be at the TOP of your list when you visit the Kehei Food Oasis. My wife and i are ordered another dish from one of the other vendors and the star of the show was the Tofu Udon from Howziteh. Would absolutely eat here again and again.“

“We were so lucky to stumble upon Life of Thai this afternoon! They are located in a sweet ring of food trucks with plenty of shaded seating (dog friendly, easy parking). I ordered the vegetable fried rice and it was excellent. ALL the vegetables were SO fresh, plus a generous juicy slice of lime. The owner is adorable and so friendly. I was so impressed with the entire transaction that I had to write a review, which I rarely take the time to do. I can't wait to go back and try other vegetarian dishes he makes. Thank you Life of Thai. I hope you are successful here on Maui!“

“We had breakfast today, 4/10/24, at the new ownership and newly reimagined Café Mambo in Paia. The lemon ricotta pancakes with berry compote and a drizzle of sweet rosemary syrup blew the roof off. My husband’s breakfast burrito was just as spectacular. I hate posting this because I don’t want to fight crowds to get in like at Mama’s, but they really earned this shout out“

“I went to Paia for lunch after a surf. First visit to this place, I found it from high Google reviews. Initially, I was stoked to give it a go from the healthy menu. I chose the "Burrito Bowl" as it has delicious looking ingredients. Don't get me wrong, it was absolutely delicious! However, the portion was small for the price in my opinion. Otherwise, definitely good! I'd recommend it. The staff, as previous reviews mention, acted like they couldn't care less where they were or that they had customers not.“

“The food is always outstanding! Portions are ample. Service was very good. The noise level was extremely loud but it was because the patio tables were wet from rain so we were seated inside next to a table full of loud celebrators. We still had a wonderful dinner.“

“Very cozy casual outdoor cafe tucked away between artsy shops. It was a very busy day and only one waitress running the show. She was wonderful and kind, but my order wasn’t correct and I received a turkey sandwich instead of a chicken sandwich on focaccia which I think would have been a better choice. Can’t complain. The price was right.“
“5 star Lunch ,4 star dinner . Great young manager from New England area BTW. Lunch items all great ,outstanding burger and salad. The lobster sandwich rivals anything from Main , it's that good !! Get it u wont regret it! The dinner hanger steak and fresh coconut sauced fish were all very good . Only complaint small fish portion ,very small for price . Deserts were very good and decent portions ! Went twice during our stay .“
“Gannon's in Wailea, Maui, is an excellent restaurant for enjoying a beautiful sunset and ocean-view scenery, while embracing in delicious cuisine. The environment is wonderful, servers are very cordial, and everything about the setting creates an amazing atmosphere to enjoy a fine meal. The food itself seals the deal, with delicious flavors and portions, along with many different appetizers and desserts to compliment. Overall, if you find yourself on the south side of Maui, I do recommend heading to Gannon's for some fine-dining at a wonderful restaurant.“

“After a few lunch hiccups (one place too busy, another with only half the menu available), we ended up at Fork and Salad, which totally (heroically) saved the day. It's clean and pleasant and the 2 people working there today were helpful and cheerful. The produce looked gorgeous and fresh. My husband & I both got build your own salads. (The meyer lemon dressing is great. So is the added tofu.) I also got some of the coconut squash soup to go (hearty and sweet and good). It's a healthy meal that won't leave you feeling icky or greasy. And it was delicious.“

“Great food as always. When I pulled up to the Drive thru there was a bit of a line, and only 1 of 2 lanes open, seems like the person ordering was having a difficult time. Shortly after the line built, another worker was out quick and opened the 2nd line and sped everything up. I got my food handed to me at the same time as the car in front of me. Had the Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo, waffle fries are great, I top them with Red Robin Seasoning at home.“

“We tasted quite a number of items during our 5-day stay here at the Grand Wailea. We tried Margarita pizza, Açaí Bowl, the Buddha Bowl, Spicy Hawaiian Pizza, Korean Fried Chicken and the fresh-cut pineapple. Even though this was labeled as a cafe - the food was quite good and was always prepared fresh and the staff were also very nice. The Buddha Bowl was our favorite item; it is a vegetarian bowl with fresh vegetables, chickpeas and hummus. The Margarita pizza was our second favorite. Definitely recommend visiting this restaurant if you have a daily credit to spend as part of your Diamond status.“

“My salmon salad was excellent! The freshness of the produce, the juicy salmon with crisp skin, the spicy dressing... all craveable. It was also beautifully plated. My partner's chicken parm was just so so (ok tomato sauce, slightly overcooked pasta). I don't think chicken parm is ever really a standout dish, so I'm not putting a lot of weight on that dish. Bread basket with whipped garlic butter was very good. Coconut cream pie sparked drool. Great service. Cute restaurant. We went for lunch. Will definitely go back to try some of the more upscale mains for dinner.“
