“I've been eating at their tent at the Farmer's market for over 20 years. The food quality is consistently delicious and they have many regular customers. I particularly recommend their ahi plate of all of their other plates (steak, roast pork, chili, beef stew etc) are equally as good and all the regulars have their own favorites.“
“Chef Elmer made our tasting experience 1000/10. Wedding planning is stressful enough and he made making the dinner menu a breeze!! He’s super accommodating and very very nice will always recommend! And will 100% be back in the future when visiting Hawaii. Thank you again you’re the best!!“
“We love coming here. Now that the restaurant side is open after covid, we've been able to enjoy the back side of this place. If you're looking for good sushi at reasonable prices come here, located in Mililani Town Ctr. Service is always good and poke is always on point..“
“Absolute best poke I’ve had on the island - went in and asked them to make their best poke salad and they did not disappoint. My husband got the shaved ice and said it was super delicious and a generous amount of it. Highly recommend and will definitely come back! We even were able to sit outside at the picnic table. Great staff “
“I loved the food, atmosphere and most of all the service! On vacation in Hawaii and our final lunch spot was here. Random stop. When we goggled their menu.... it looked amazing. We get there, and they did not disappoint. They gave us some samples to take on the road with us. They were the greatest! Stop in... you won't regret.“
“Food is exceptional. Showed up as a picky eater. No fish. Food here is so damn good I've started eating new foods and have been at this sushi spot well over 50 times in the past 4 yearsGo to's are-Calvin's choice-SOS-Red Dragon-Spicy AhiBut holy S#!T the food here is fire a must whether tourist or live here best damn sushi on the island, always playing fire kpop music going goblin mode and great vibes. This place is a MUST puts dorakus to shame plus, fraction of the price. Get you some good a$$ sushi and stop by.“
“We weren't particularly hungry but had been craving burgers. After reading the reviews, we stopped and fell in LOVE! We HIGHLY recommend both of the burgers we ordered. For those who enjoy guacamole in their bugers, Shem is the one with delicious crisp bacon at every bite. The Paniolo burger was a beautiful balance of the sweet and savory with two onion rings perfectly stacked on top of a pineapple slice with melted cheese. Mouth watering! We shared their Crazy fries, which reminded us of animal fries from In and Out. Grilled, caramelized onions, their house sauce (Mayo, mustered, and ketchup with a slight kick), melted cheese on top of fries.Mahalo Seven Brothers!Parking: Next to Longs Drugs“
“The shrimp was excellent! The rice was good. They made special accommodations for my son who cannot have any dairy products to cook his shrimp without dairy products when we talked to them about his food allergy. I love that they went above and beyond to accommodate him. The only thing I would have changed it that the shrimp came in the shell and the seasoning was on the shell. You lose the seasoning when you remove the shell to eat it.The parking is a little crazy there. It's shared with several other food trucks and you can only park there if you're eating at one of the food trucks. Also, bathrooms in the area are very limited and it's hard to find a public restroom. There is a port-o-potty in the parking lot but it was bad!!! I would put it in the second worst bathroom I've ever been in. It hadn't been serviced in forever and the waste was all the way up to the toilet seat lid. The smell was horrible and it was disgusting. I didn't let this affect my review because it is a food truck area and I don't know who is responsible for the bathroom and it didn't directly affect the food truck. Thankfully, the food truck provided hand sanitizer because that was incredibly disgusting and there was nowhere to wash my hand afterwards. It is an emergency only bathroom!!“
“I've been a Kaya's Store customer for over 70 years, from back when it was a small general store providing Punalu'u families everything from hardware, ropes and wire, screen, fishing tackle and glass boxes and spears, plumbing parts, cook- & table-ware, groceries, local fruits and vegetables, kerosene, paper kites and string, Duncan yo-yos, gasoline & oil, cold drinks in a iced cooler and treats for kids like popsicles, li hing mui, red ginger, rock candy and candy bars. Kaya's was always a warm and welcoming place, run by a wonderful family. Family members knew their local customers by name and offered helpful advice and tips on home repairs, fishing, gardening and recipes for local-style dishes. Today, they offer an array of superbly-prepared dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My recommendations are too plentiful to list - one should order with confidence, you won't be disappointed. My advice is to keep coming back and try them all! Kaya's also offers a helpful array of well-chosen foods, drinks and staples for weekly sustainment or for those quick, last minute items to complete a meal preparation. Thank you Kaya's ... mahalo pia for a lifetime of irreplaceable and still on-going service and wonderful memories.“
“I am a firm believer that some of the best food you can get in Hawaii comes from small, local food trucks like Flyin' Ahi. I finally got the chance to try them after wanting to go for years. Usually I wouldn't be able to because of work but I took advantage of the Veteran's Day holiday to make my way over. Located in Mililani Tech Park next to other food trucks. The baked crab stuffed Ono with truffle sauce caught my eye. But I also wanted to try their signature kalbi fries, plus spicy ahi poke... Luckily the kind owner was able to combine all that into one fat plate. Everything was amazing! The truffle cream sauce is to die for. The fries were fried up perfectly crispy with a generous portion of kalbi on top. And the spicy ahi was great too, I liked how it wasn't the usual mayo-based sauce.Service was super quick and friendly. The owner was generous enough to add some spicy ahi into the blackened ahi salad we got too. I'll definitely come back to this spot when I have another day off and want to treat myself.“
