Hawaiian Style Chili Company Mililani Family •
100 Kahelu Ave, Mililani

“I've been eating at their tent at the Farmer's market for over 20 years. The food quality is consistently delicious and they have many regular customers. I particularly recommend their ahi plate of all of their other plates (steak, roast pork, chili, beef stew etc) are equally as good and all the regulars have their own favorites.“

Da 808 Plate Asian Fusion • $$

“Steak Plate was well seasoned, tender and cooked perfect for my tastes. Pork belly was essentially deep fried extra thick cut bacon with an aioli sauce. Definitely a winner for me. It was crispy and tender at the same time, if that makes any sense.“

“I love this little pod of food trucks in Mililani Tech Park! I ordered the everything plate lunch. It had steak, chicken, pork, rice and tossed salad. It was expense ($18?) but was enough to feed two people comfortably. The steak was our favorite. The chicken wasn't dry, which is a big plus.“

“I grew up eating and loving fish & chips. H. Salt Esquire opened at Ala Moana Center was my first taste of it and I was hooked. I've tried so many different places since and I've only found a couple of places that satisfies my craving. Over the last month, I've seen others recognize Mililani Restaurant. I finally got to try it today and I was blown away! The fish pieces covered the entire plate. The fish was crispy, steaming hot and moist. Their tartar sauce had a slight kick which I like. The chips (fries) looked like they had a slight coating on it which made it very crispy and soft inside. One of two best fries on this island. We also tried their chicken katsu. It wasn't a normal panko crust. I could taste that they take an extra step by marinating the chicken and the coating turns into a light batter before frying. Marinating the chicken makes it come out juicer and flavorful. Portions are very generous and plenty enough for another meal. I'll be back again and again.“
