I should have read the reviews before I went to this location. I recently moved so this is the closest Jack in the Box, I mainly order the Southwest Salad with Julienne Chicken which is normally cold. I get the order via drive thru and the chicken was hot so I asked why is it hot because all the other locations that I've been to serve it cold, I was told how to order it correctly by the person who was serving me. I went to Jack in the Box late one night the other week. I ordered their Popcorn Chicken, French Fries and a couple of Tacos. They had a special on their mixed spicy and regular Popcorn Chicken, so I thought I would give it a try, It was one of the worst chicken experiences of my life. Food is good as always, since they don't make it till you order it.Which means hot and fresh, just don't let it sit in the bag too long or everything gets soggy.Overall, great experience this time.Went through the drive thru, and it took a while because the guy in front must have ordered a lot of food, but the girl was apologetic, even though she didn't have to be.
