“We had La Flama on Wheels for a birthday party and it was well worth the money! The service was amazing and the food was so good! Everyone really enjoyed the food. Most people had more than one helping. All the kids loved seeing the truck and thought it was super cool. The staff was supportive and incredibly accommodating. “A true QC institution. Tacos are great! I don't get here very often, but every now and then I have a craving for the hard shell tacos and I drive the two blocks to get my fix.This night I walked in at around quarter till 8. Nobody else was dining and I could tell the three employees wanted to leave. As I started back out to my car I was assured they could get me some quick tacos though.And quick they were. Delicious too. These are the sort of tacos that you probably grew up eating on taco night at home. Ground beef with lots of "taco" seasoning, lettuce, tomato, and "cheese". They're about as inauthentic as they come, but they sure are tasty.The general atmosphere supports this sort of food too. The walls are a shade of yellow slightly lighter than the cheese on the tacos, the carpet is that thin sort some restaurants used to have 40 years ago, and the outside looks like stucco but maybe isn't? I don't know - I also don't care. The tacos are delicious and I'm coming when I want them.Just to be clear, none of this is sarcastic. I legit like the tacos here. Just being abundantly clear on that point.I look forward to my next kinda late night taco run to Rudy's. Thanks for continuing to be the iconic Quad Cities institution that you are Bettendorf Rudy's Tacos. I'll see you next time.

Vegetarian options: You can order multiple of the dishes with beans instead of meat.

Kid-friendliness: There are booster seats and high chairs available for use. I've seen kids here before. They enjoy Rudy's Tacos.

Parking: There is ample free parking in the lot outside the front of the restaurant.

Dietary restrictions: Probably hard to make tacos keto or Paleo friendly. Try one of the salads - you could probably request ingredients specific to your diet needs.“

“We really enjoy this restaurant. My husband enjoys the Quesa Birria Taco, my sister really liked the Pastor. I get different things but in the past i really liked the Birria omlette. Their pancakes are always super yummy. (I always envy the food i see going to other tables, especially the pancakes!) I especially like that my picky eater daughter always finds a few options she's willing to try (strawberry crepes lately).

Lately we have been fortunate to have one of the best servers I've ever had. She's very attentive, really pleasant, very caring and SMART. I just love when we get seated in Stephanie's section. The service can make or break a meal for us. And Stephanie has consistently delivered a very enjoyable dining experience. Kudos to Stephanie for taking so much pride and care in her work. It really really shows.

Between great food and great service, D'Lua in Bettendorf is one of our favorites!

Parking: Never had a problem with enough parking. I think their spaces are even a little bigger than average.

Kid-friendliness: Excellent kids options. Lots of options for my picky kid.“

“We did a carryout order about 15 minutes before they closed on a Thursday (which I typically do not like doing to a restaurant) but we made an exception because we knew they were local & family owned. We were just a couple blocks away, our food was ready in less than 10 minutes, and the girl who took the order was very sweet and polite. I had them at Mercado before but had never been to the restaurant and I cannot wait to go back. We got the burrito & gorditas and the owner graciously allowed us to take a sample of their amazing quesabirria tacos!!“

“I had never been but had heard nothing but wonderful things about this place and I'll tell ya this place does not disappoint! It's a QC hidden gem tucked away on historic Washington St. in Davenport. I had the Al Pastor tacos which were tender and perfectly seasoned. I also had a mango margarita which was delicious and my glass was rimmed with tajin which was an amazing complement to the mango. You can do dine in or carry out but ya gotta try this place!“
