“It is a very good place to eat best breakfast in town. Good price and always happy waitresses. They are closed on Sunday. I would suggest eating there. You will not be disappointed.Parking: There is places to park on the side of the road and there is a few places to park in there parking lotKid-friendliness: I see a lot of kids going there they have fun. They have high chairs and booster seats All the waitresses love the kids“
“This was my first time eating here. The food is very good and it's a very inviting place. What I found the most amazing is when an elderly woman was ready to leave after visiting and eating her meal let the blonde bartender/waitress know and she came right over and helped her out the door and all the way to her car and in her car. That is so priceless. I lost my mother last month and I found this was so tearful and touching.God bless your business and your employees.“
“Couldn't resist stopping by after flying in from Denver to visit a rural spot in Iowa, even though I had to go a bit out of my way to check out this "Colorado Grill." I was pleased to see the familiar site of Longs Peak greeting me upon entry and some avalanche themed items on the menu. The food and the atmosphere were worth the drive as I had a large and delicious meal and enjoyed the familiar sites.“
“Excited to be back again with all of my family. Tons of salad bar and entree options. Picky eater approved- including the desserts! Management is so friendly, attentive, and hard-working. Never sit with an empty glass for more than a couple minutes!“
“My first visit.Friendly and quick service, good pricing and portions, clean, excellent food!I had a Breaded Tenderloin, it had a very flavorful coating, and was cooked just right! My friend recommends the burgers.I would recommend it, and I hope to be back!“
“Our company hosted a catered lunch for all employees and chose Whatcha Smokin'. The food was warm, fresh and tasted great! John did a great job with both setting up and tearing down, leaving the area spotless. We fed over 65 people today with plenty of food to spare. Thank you again for catering a great lunch for Percival!“
“When in Ames, I can not miss an opportunity to visit the Dutch Oven Bakery near the railroad crossing on Duff. Wandering Boone this week, we found another Dutch oven bakery and found it equally awesome. Great selection of bakery items and pastries, outstanding customer service, and some tables to enjoy your choices. Kindness in abundance.“
