“We called Saturday night and asked if you had room for a table of 8 and you did. This was after we had waited at another establishment for over an hour for nothing. We came 5 minutes later and were seated right away. We had drinks within a few minutes. We had continuous drink refills as well. Our food was out and 💯 correct so quickly! I wish I could remember the waitress’s name but she was AMAZING! She was so on top of everything. The food was so good and more importantly, the service was excellent. We were impressed all around. “Having lived in Burlington for a while now I was surprised I had yet to leave a review for this lovely place!

For starters: the ability to customize drinks is unmatched. I'm safely able to ask staff about ingredients, request they be removed or added (with extra charge sometimes), and never once have they made me feel afraid to ask. I often run into spots that get antsy when I request certain things to be removed from food and drink but never here.

Ever since they started serving Matcha specifically though, I've been in bliss. I can make an oat milk cold tea with some vanilla flavoring and it's PERFECT every time. Heck, even the barista that helped me with making it was so kind and knowledgeable. If I run into her again I will 100% ask her name.

The food on occasion can be hit or miss, but considering I often get the same thing frequently they always deliver. Kicked Up Grilled Cheese is the best, though I wish the cheese was a tad more melted. Paired with the Cinnamon Apples or Fresh Fruit ? Speaking of, if you've never had a breakfast smoothie bowl: GET ONE!

The baristas are honestly my favorite part. While I have a hard time remembering people, some do occasionally recognize me and it makes me feel very comfortable. The atmosphere is quiet, and allows me to eat in peace. Even when it's busier, the guests are usually courteous. Very nice of you're someone that struggles with neurodivergence.”

“Such a wonderful place! The food was FANTASTIC!! We had a Reservation. No issues whatsoever with it. Our waitress - Angela - was so kind. Highly Attentive - and very knowledgeable about the menu. The Atmosphere was perfect. Relaxing. We even asked what music they were playing as even the music added something special to the experience. Wonderful! Looking forward to our next visit!”

“Hubby and I stopped by on our Way home to the Quad Cities. He doesn't usually like to try new places and is really picky but with the reviews being good he decided to give it a try. He was amazed with the generous portions and the Ribs he said was really moist and meaty. Said it was way more better than he has had. He usually doesn't leave reviews. If a place can make him happy it deserves a great review.

Parking: The way you go into the strip mall is a little quirky but not difficult”

“If you are looking for somewhere to get cookies or cake for a special occasion, we highly recommend Goodies Galore. We received a quick response when ordering and we gave them free range on the design. Not only did the cake and cookies look great but they also tasted scrumptious!”

“I had my 1st experience with Dillons BBQ about ten years ago when I was my first week at a new job right down the street and had forgotten my lunch in my rides car and didn't realize it until after they had dropped me off, so I was walking down the street and saw bbq I thought hmm okay. So I went in introduced myself and told him my predicament and he made me a sandwich and told me not to worry about payment. I didn't go every day but when I didn't have anything Daryl saved my lunch and we slowly got to know each other and still to this day we are really close friends 10 years later! I love this place and yummy delicious food as ever!”

“Best bar in town, great evening bartenders, but the woman working during the days is rude so I would suggest not going in til after 6. Tap is 2.50 and 7.50 for a pitcher so its really cheap. Great place. Pool table is too close to wall, would be great if place was expanded for more seats, and game area”
