Came here with a buddy to grab a quick dinner. We were seated right away, towards the back of the restaurant. This part of the restaurant was a little loud, where we had to definitely raise our voices to be heard. It wasn't terrible but much louder than I expected it to be inside a restaurant.Everything else was very positive, the drinks were good and came quick. The food was delicious and plentiful. If you need a bubbly sourdough crust pizza, this is IT!! I also got the lox toast and hummus with pickled vegetables - both great! What I also loved about this place was how zero waste classy it is. Very few disposables, and the few things that were, were compostable. It warmed my tree-hugging heart! I will definitely return the next time I'm in Des Moines.

this is a fantastic place!!! food is incredible, atmosphere is awsome, and the owner is top notch. if it is a large group of a date this is the place to go
