Splash sent me an invitation to celebrate my birthday with them, so glad we did. Such a classy, delicious time. My waitress Amber treated me like a birthday princess, as well as the entire staff. Kitchen wrote a nice note on my dish, and other servers chimed in to wish me a happy birthday, as well as the very kind hostess and even the manager managed to squeeze in a hello. Good food, good service, a little tired place vs it was 10 years ago. Some spark, fresher vibe, modern furnishings and mire wine selection would attract me back.

Splash Seafood offers wonderful seafood with friendly and attentive service, though some food like seafood, broccolini, and potatoes arrived barely warm. The experience is often superb, with excellent service and outstanding food, making it special for occasions like Mother’s Day. For large parties, every person feels special with Happy Birthday messages on plates and hand-made strawberry lemonade. A highlight includes freshly caught swordfish with munuere glaze, garlic mash, and crisp green beans. The quiet, elegant decor with saltwater tanks remains unchanged. There is no corkage fee. Service and dinner are top notch, with specialized Happy Anniversary menus and messages on plates. Love Splash as a special occasion go-to, with top-notch food and cocktails, though some prefer the middle level for brighter light and more aquariums.
