Kara, our main server was warm, friendly yet professional! Love they all work as a team!⭐️Tableware = flatware removed that was not needed, unique serving pieces & fine glassware.⭐️Food Choices = nice variety w/o being "look at us doing something crazy different!" Bone marrow app was unique & delicious-accommodating to gf need for the bread.⭐️Presentation = excellent colors & perfectly plated-good eye to a clean outer plate rim in my book!⭐️Taste = everything from the mulberry sour cocktail to the flourless chocolate cake and everything in between was a hit out of the park. “Everything was phenomenal from beginning to end! The waitstaff was attentive but not overbearing, and our waiter in particular was so friendly and recommended the crab stuffed walleye, which was to die for! The environment was classy and intimate, yet casual enough that it felt comfortable and warm. The best part of the meal was the appetizer- the seared ahi tuna is too good for words, just trust me on this and order it! This was a great place to visit for my birthday dinner, and we definitely plan on being back.“
“Went to 801 Chophouse on our Anniversary. Our tables was full of hearts, reserved and ready as we arrived early. Everything we ordered was the perfect temperature and the flavor was was worth every penny though we didn't find it overly expensive at all. A definite must try.Parking: It was Sunday so so free stree parking.“
“have been going to Jesse's Ember's for 40+ years. Tonight, showed up at 7:30 PM ordered traditional ribs, which were moist and very tasty at the late hour. We eat out a lot in Des Moines, and these are definitely the best ribs in Des Moines.“

“I feel that this place is super good to go to eat, the food there is super good and when something runs out they put it out very quickly, the service is excellent, they serve you very quickly you ask questions like a guy. If you take children to that place they ask you how old they are and what you are going to order for drinks and well if you don't have children or they don't take you to that place they only ask you the other thing and even though the place gets very full, that's normal but from there everything is excellent.“
“Our first time and what a great experience! We arrived around 11:30 am , found a spot in the parking lot (big plus!), and got right in, but we made it just in time. It filled up fast!Our server, Adrianna, was fabulous; very friendly (awesome smile), happy to answer some of our questions, and was just overall top notch!The food was incredible especially the Armadillo Eggs with the jalapeño ranch. “Food is delicious, the margaritas not so good for Wednesdays Margaritas night? they are weak and tasteless but the food is so scrumptious!!!!!I just ordered online and forgot to order beans and as a one time courtesy they are sending some! “We made our way around the menu. The octopus was amazing, would recommend if you eat here. The lobster was fresh from the tank and very simple to pull apart.The royal surf and turf was a bit pricy, but very much worth it imo. Steak was perfectly cooked and the king crab was so tender and delicious. The oysters were a bit salty but still decent. All in all id give it a 9.5/10. Would highly recommend.“

“In Des Moines to see a friend in the hospital and Google Maps showed a great review for 77. It was my first time eating Pho and it was awesome. I had the Combination Vermicelli and Green Tea Pot (kept warm with a tea light). The waitress was very pleasant and polite and the food was delicious. I'm now hooked on Pho.“
“Welcomed as soon as we arrived. I ordered a margarita as I looked over the menu. Decided to have a taco salad with beef. I asked for no refried beans and it came as ordered. Homemade shell and plenty of toppings will have me going back soon.“
“My husband and I had a fabulous dinner at Noah's tonight! We split the anti-pasto for two for our appetizer. I had the fried shrimp, baked potato, and dinner salad. My husband had the ravioli and dinner salad. For dessert we split a cannoli which the kitchen baked for us. It was soo good! Everything was perfectly prepared. Our server Denny was so nice and kept our food coming at the right time. If you haven't tried Noah's Ark, you should!“
“Couldn't have asked for better service considering I showed up 20 min before they closed, which might I add they closed at 9:30 on a Saturday & will discuss below. Food was delicious and hot no complaints with quantity or quality chips and salsa included. The corn shells were so fresh & warm I could have eaten the shells alone for my dinner. The seven seas soup was superb even though it contained only quarter size piece of fish. here are the few reasons I feel the need for 3 stars. First closing hrs are 9:30pm on a Sat.? Why so early?Secondly, the parking lot feels unsafe as it seems there's a lot going on with all the businesses & traffic on the property. So not family friendly in the evenings.Lastly, Environment inside was very noisy and rather busy. So not a place to wind down & have a drink at least not 20 min. before closing time (I can only base off the time I spent at the est.)The food was so good I will def. return & recommend.“
“Great place overall. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and professional. Live jazz was performed as part of the Wednesday night schedule, which created a fantastic atmosphere for dinner. The food was served hot and fresh and was plated well. The crab cakes were delicious.“

“I was very impressed!!! I really enjoyed the privacy curtains. The food was very good cooked perfectly! the service was perfect as well very polite and checked in frequently to be sure everything was good and we had everything we needed. I will be back and recommend to all my friends! If I had 1 complaint I guess I'd say the prices but in reality you get what you pay for all around here. It's worth it to me! “Wow! So good. I got the shrimp chimichanga and it's probably the best I've ever had. The dinner menu is a little pricey but it's justified by the quality. Lunch here is more affordable, but we're looking forward to splurging on the seafood tower soon“

Every employee was kind and had a smile, those I spoke with were engaging in the conversation and truly had warm energy which spoke volumes of the culture in the location.
