“Absolutely love this place not only are the pizzas great but if you have EBT you can buy them take them home and cook them and it tastes just as good as take out pizza that's already been cooked for a fraction of the price, The Staff is Always friendly and listens to exactly what the customer wants I've only had one bad experience here and it was minor it was a miscommunication I asked for white pizza and instead they gave me white sauce mixed with red sauce and I can't have red sauce and they did fix that, great service great food especially if you're on a budget and trying to feed a large family or have like a birthday party or something at your house”

Jill went above and beyond taking care of our table. She was so bubbly and polite. I know it’s stressful having people show up close to closing but she did a great job serving us.”

“I asked for two iced lattes in detail with how many pumps and ingredients for each drink, we received both of them, they aren’t hardly sweet, they were not mixed much at all, it was still hot at the bottom and hardly any flavor, very disappointing because usually it’s great!”

“I’ve ordered from Sneakers multiple times typically I love it great food tonight not so much I ordered the mushroom Swiss melt medium it came very well done as well as the toast being so done it was hard to chew very minimal mushrooms onions and Swiss. My son got the kids cheeseburger with fries also very well done both sandwich’s almost burnt. I would typically recommend Sneakers but tonight no it wasn’t that great and question whether I’ll get it again.”

Only downside was the server; Suspect she was new considering everything my party ordered had to be repeated twice or a third time + every 5 minutes be coming back asking if "everything was alright"... got annoying after the 3rd time around.”

“We were there for mother's day. We were waiting for 15 minutes and nobody came to get our drinks or even say hello. They were not even busy we got there at 3:30. there were some people that got there at the same time as us and they got their food and drinks before we were even helped. There were 7 of us we were obviously going to leave a good tip our family has worked as servers before, really disappointing we were hoping to have a good experience. If the restaurant does not want to help it's customers maybe it should not be open!! Would not recommend it at all you're better off going to El Lomitas the other Mexican restaurant. Thanks for nothing.”

“Just wanted to say that this location has great customer service! My husband placed an online order accidentally at this location instead of our local and we live almost 7 hours away. I called the store and asked if they could cancel the order. The manager was extremely kind and reassuring. She was able to cancel our order and get us a refund really quickly. I really appreciate them taking the time to do this!”

“We like eating here when we can. One of our sandwiches was made wrong which took several minutes to fix. We had ordered a dessert to be picked up later, but cashier didn't add it to our ticket. Went back later and ordered dessert and waited over 15 minutes. Had to go to counter and wait for it to be made. Felt like no management oversight was being done.”

“We went to the drive through and then I took my toddler to use the bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, the bathroom doesn’t even smell like a fast food restaurant’s bathroom. I walked in and it was very clean. The food smells delicious upon entry. When we got our food the burgers were well put together and had everything we asked for. The employees were very welcoming and smiled and said hello even tho we just went it to use the bathroom.”
