Rio's Addison is a fantastic place for South American cuisine, offering dishes from Peru, Argentina, Brazil, and Ecuador. The lomo Saltado acholado and peruvian seafood fried rice are highly recommended, with generous portions perfect for sharing. The appetizer sampler is a great start, and the complimentary bread and sauce are delicious. While the prices are a bit high, it's worth it for a special occasion. The service is excellent, and the jalea de mariscos, pan de queso, and arroz con mariscos are outstanding choices that shouldn't be missed.
