“The food was delicious. I got confused when the waitress asked if we wanted an appetizer and we said no thank you. Later the Maitre D' thanked us for coming back and said sorry you didn't take the offer for a free appetizer. I said, oh, I didn't know it was free even. He then said, we'll give you a dessert of choice. When it was time for the dessert, which was supposed to come with our meal, the waitress said, no, you get an upgrade. I think that was a little off from what I heard. Regardless, the food we had was excellent!“
“Places like these are based on service. Of course the food is great and the atmosphere is busy with great ambiance and the music is tasteful. But our server, Nick is the reason i will frequent this place until i die. He was attentive. Not once did i have to ask for a drink refill. Not once did i have to ask if the food would be ready and this was a Saturday night and the place was packed. For a young man like Nick to have such a positive attitude and suggest such great choices for us to eat, it’s unheard of these days. We had so much fun and were well entertained. I really hope he’s there next time we go. I look forward to it dining there again. Thank you, Nick.“
“The service was fantastic I had the shrimp and the steak. My food was very fresh and the service was fantastic. I have even greater things to say about the bread! But before i talk about how great it is let me talk about the care I got! My waitresses name was Becca and she was exceptional! She made sure to take care of my daughter but in a way that you wouldn’t expect! She went above and beyond for my daughter and didn’t even mind the mess she left behind. 10/10 would recommend this franchise to anybody who loves steak!! Their other meals are most definitely delicious I’m just a big steak fan. When you go to restaurants you don’t expect to receive the great service that my waitress had gave us. Great staff great food. Go to Outback!!“
“I'm not one to give out 5 stars easily so when I do, it's deserved. We went a couple of days ago and just finished leftovers ?. We did go on a Monday at 5pm so it was not busy so the cooks had time to concentrate on our steaks which were done perfectly. I order their 28 Oz porterhouse Med/Med Rare which is difficult to achieve but it was right on the money. She had the filet al forneo (sp). Both were fantastic. The loaded mashed potatoes were real potatoes with cheese and bacon in a huge side dish. This is far from my first time here and will not be my last. During super busy times, this place will experience the normal issues that all restaurants go through but it's still very high quality steaks and service.Price wise, this place hits a homerun!!! I live in Wheeling and restaurants around here are 30 to 40% more for what you pay for at Jimmy's. Take a chance on this place, you will enjoy!!“
“It was Easter and the husband and I found ourselves no where to go. Plans fell through last minute so we decided to take a ride and see what was open. Longhorn was open and to oursurprise not a long wait. Michelle was our hostess and such a sweet thing. The food was amazing I had the 3 pork chops with brussels sprouts and husband had the chop steak. Everything was made exactly as ordered.Try LongHorn if you are looking for that step up in steakhouses that won’t rob your wallet.“
