“My kids and I go camping at IL beach state park and inevitably end up eating a meal or two at this McDonald's every time. It is one of the nicest McDonald's we've been to - well maintained inside and out with nice landscaping around a collection of outdoor tables perfect for eating an ice cream sundae. The staff is so friendly they just treated my daughter to a free ice cream. Really great resource to have so close to the campground!Kid-friendliness: Happy meal is always a win, about as healthy as you can get with milk and apple slices and my daughter will eat both entirely!“

You can’t help but to feel right at home in the shop and you’ll always find more than just great coffee- pastries, food, art or even make a new friend! There’s also a running club that meets every Wednesday and Saturday at 6am. Everyone is welcome!“

“Best Bakery ever. Their products are delicious and made with care and a lot of know-how. They use locally sourced wonderful flour (I use the same at home). Staff is wonderful as well. I visit them from out of state on a regular basis because they are better than anything I have found anywhere else.Even though fresh is the best, I can also freeze a loaf and it is still great after being defrosted.Their croissants are out of this world.“

“We were staying in the area and looking for a breakfast spot. It is important to know that this place has a table or two, but not an eat in restaurant. We grabbed a half dozen of the freshest, fluffy doughnuts-ube, cream-filled, jelly-filled, chocolate and strawberry iced and a blueberry. We couldn't try them all, but we made a dent, taking it all back to our hotel to enjoy.“

“Pros: Donuts made fresh to order, so you get them warm! Many varieties to choose from.Cons: Their donuts are on the cake-y side. Not my cup of tea. And they don't have filled donuts like Boston creams. We got there around 2pm when the place was empty. “Tala Coffee Roasters was an excellent choice to find quality espresso, a fun but professional atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff who care about producing great results. The espresso was well balanced with amazing texture and the milk-based vanilla latte was just as good. It was a welcomed treat finding delicious old fashioned donuts and other pastries at the counter.If you are looking for whole bean coffee, these folks have what you’re looking for. Their labels provide you plenty of information about the coffee that is in the bag and most importantly; the bag has a roasted on date! This is something that a lot of roasters forget, but if you like to geek out over coffee, it is important to know just how fresh your beans are in order to get the best results from your coffee.“

“I loved the Spring Thaw so much I went 3x in one week to get it. I also bought the Southern Belle loose leaf tea for myself and a friend. I'm going to make my own orange simple syrup at home to recreate myself since I don't live close. Happy I found this drink.“

“Recently discovered this cafe and have been there at least five times in a span of 3 weeks. If that doesn’t say it’s a good choice, then keep reading.The skillets are made to perfection with crispy hash browns (which I usually skip) with the tender choice of meat and grilled veggies. The Farmer’s Daughter French Toast is one of the most delicious French Toasts I’ve ever had, it’s a perfect breakfast/dessert when you really just want to eat something delicious.Now the drinks: Their black plain coffee is smooth and tasty even without sugar. I love the lavender latte, foamy and served with a cute design, all perfect for a rainy day. “I saw this place online through a search in the area for healthy foods. The physical place is very nice. The atmosphere is great too! The menu is much larger and diverse than you would expect from a small healthy food establishment. The food tasted great! I had the avocado toast, see pic. The only issue I had was that I received a single piece of GF bread with the avocado and egg on top for $16! I expected at least twice this for the price. This was definitely less food than I expected for the money! I suggest they reconsider the portion size for that much money. Otherwise, I really liked the place!“

“I’ll start with the positives! It’s great to have a store—let alone a bubble tea spot—open as late as 11 PM in the suburbs. The interior is very cute and the menu has a nice variety.My sister and I ordered the mango smoothie and green matcha milk tea. The mango smoothie was good, but it tasted more like durian than mango. The green matcha milk tea was just tapioca and sweet water ? which would be somewhat acceptable if not for the menu picture, which advertises a very different drink. It may be on us for ordering a less popular item, though..“

“Love kung fu tea!! But especially this location. The ambience is so nice and gives such a welcoming feel, not to mention the space is so large. “We stopped by for drinks and muffins! We are from NS. Canada! Our son lives nearby and highly recommended this coffee shop! We were not disappointed! We were greeted by friendly and kind people! We even had the door opened for us! We felt so welcomed! The muffins were huge and scrumptious! The iced lavender latte was excellent! My son says it is the best in the Kenosha, Winthrop Harbour area! The Americana was also great! Everything taste so fresh! “This is a cute little gelato shop right in the heart of downtown Libertyville! They have a nice selection of gelato, that seems to be made fresh there. It's not the best I've had, but definitely still recommend! The staff there has always been super nice as well.“

“Loved this place! The lady who took my order was friendly and patient with me. I wanted to order everything off the menu ? I couldn't decide on what I wanted. Ordered chocolate and vanilla ice cream with chocolate churros and OMG! DELICIOUS! We ordered churros to go for our 11-hour drive home to Alabama. Let's just say they didn't make it to see Alabama! We also purchased three chamoy rims they had up front. The mango is my favorite!“

“OMG we found an actual donut shop! Since moving to Wisconsin from Cali, we have so missed corner donut shops. All we have in our area is the trash donuts from Grocery Stores, Kwik Trip, or Dunkin. “I walked into this Starbucks at 6:45 am Wednesday morning to order 15 drinks. When I approached the counter and told the cashier I needed to order 15 beverages, she was so cheerful and stated she was ready. Once I went through all the orders, I had her repeat everything back to me. After I paid and stepped to the side, I noted that half of my drinks were already completed! I was so grateful! The staff at this location are so nice and cheerful, EVEN FOR 7 AM!! I will be returning!***All the drinks were made correctly, none were missing, and they all tasted good. I am a very happy customer!!“

“5+1?This small out-of-the-way Starbucks (located inside Target) is really a diamond in the rough, if you consider Starbucks a diamond, LOL. They make the store on Grand and Green Bay look pathetic. The young man working behind the counter, his name is Felipe, is extremely articulate and knowledgeable, about Starbucks offerings, unlike the other store. I came in for the Medicine Ball, that is a stress relieving, stomach settling concoction that Starbucks has come up with. It's not on the menu but if you're stressed or just not feeling well, this is the thing to get. See Felipe, he's a nice young man and working his way through school. He is very attentive and always smiling. As a matter of fact I'm going to give them an extra star because he's such an excellent hire for them, he should be in management.??“

“Went to a different location today as I was traveling a different route. Bagel was delicious (multi grain), my iced coffee was very strong, had them add more milk. The place is very dark compared to other locations, needs brightening up! Service was excellent, would go back.“

“Love this location! It’s right next to my job and so convenient for either before or after work. Sure, when they recently ordered there were a few minor screw ups with my order but they always remade my drinks. The inside is also always super clean and really comfortable to work in.“

“Family decided to go to Dunkin after church. Originally we went to the Dunkin closer to our house that is on N. Lewis. Customer service was horrible there so we left and came to this one. We were greeted when we came in, and the food was delicious. I only put three stars for service because the lady that attended us was slow. Physically slow. So slow that my daughter who is 11 was saying watching her was like she was in slow motion. Like, her movements were very slow, so that you kinda understand what I'm mean. I'm not sure if she is maybe developmentally delayed, and if she is,she was amazing. Or maybe she didn't have coffee yet. Not sure. It's like it took her a moment to register what was being said. At any rate, other than that, (and that wasn't that bad, really) definitely 5 stars for the rest.“

Also, they add on the little things I ask for, extra carmel topper or whip, without up charge. This Starbucks is by far been worth driving to than any other on surrounding areas. “I would have given this place 5 stars for service but I am soooo old that I remember when there were places that only accepted cash. Ok. Laugh it up. But seriously I have encountered for the first time in my life a cashless place. Yes, they exist. Cashless places and this place is cashless. Please if you have only cash in your pocket which would to me seem like only a 7 year old receiving his first 100 dollar Christmas gift extravaganza, will have cash in his/her pocket. “The store obviously has a struggle with coverage, probably due to the coronavirus and poor work conditions but they always do what they can to make the moment right. The drive thru always seems to be busy, so expect a wait of 5-10 minutes. The cafe, correspondingly, is busy early in the day and random times throughout the afternoon but is maintained and cleaned well. The store I can tell has a few new employees that are still learning and may mess up your drink or order occasionally. There was a barista, Max, I believe, who got me to smile one day in the drive thru and I saw him again inside the next day helping a customer fix an order that was made or ordered wrong and offered to refund the drink if he wasn’t satisfied. Overall, the store is in great condition and has friendly service but does occasionally experience staff and product shortages which usually means a longer wait.“
