This started to subdue as the restaurant got busier. We picked a table in the bar area. This was smart as there were misbehaving children in the family areas. “I will absolutely be returning to this restaurant. Highly recommend it either for a date night or a fun group outing. Their drinks and margaritas were all delicious and not too sweet. The flight of Mezcal was a great experience. I love mezcal but never had tried different kinds before. The waitress was attentive and nice. The chicken poblano enchiladas were delicious, highly recommend! We also ordered the guacamole trio and ceviche appetizers which isn't pictured because we devoured them pretty quickly.“
“We are a family of 4, we weren't sure if a restaurant without Kids Menu was a good option for us. But our girls (6 and 13) loved every dish they tried. It was a delicious experience and we definitely are coming back. Sonny was a great host, gave us recommendations and he just got us. “Thank you Molos for a wonderful evening. We hosted a small birthday celebration with 20 people. The room was cozy and private and since we had dined before we knew the food would be awesome. We did appetizers of course. The Baked Feta was a huge hit as well as the Saganaki of course. We ordered Greek Salad for each table and our guests ordered off the menu. I’m sure it was a challenge for the kitchen but they handled it very well and everyone enjoyed their meal. We had one server, who’s name I did not get, (may fault). She was awesome! In the end the entire night could not have gone better and even with drinks, wine, and desserts, ordered as our guests desired, the price was very reasonable. We all highly recommend Molos!!“

Both of our cocktails were incorrect, but the bar order was rectified. Food was tasty and ample. The cioppino was way too spicy (hot). Chef went overboard on the red pepper flakes. “Truly cannot say enough great things about Lucca & their staff. We love popping in for dinner, so much so, we chose to host my sister’s wedding shower here last weekend. From the initial planning with Sonia to the day of, we were blown away by the food, service and care we received. There is very little needed in terms of decoration [the space is beautiful as-is] and Sonia and her team did a wonderful job keeping everything running smoothly and on time. We even ended up needing to push our first course back by at least 15 minutes and they still didn’t skip a beat. Nothing felt rushed, behind schedule or off beat in any way. “They only serve lunch only during the weekdays (no dinner and no weekends). However it is the best lunch around! It's like your mom went in the kitchen and made it for you. Soups are made from scratch and they are delicious. The BLT on rye is outstanding. And if they have it, you have to try the potato salad. This is a bar with a Northwoods atmosphere that has affordable prices but there are some tables to sit at. They also have a Friday fish special.“

“We were in the area and remembered that Two Chefs was down the street. We have emotional ties to this restaurant because they catered our wedding in 2011 and we were very impressed with their food. The waitress greeted us at the door and was very professional, polite, and well dressed. My husband ordered the chicken pot pie, it was very flavorful. The chicken was very tender and the crust was flaky like you would expect. I ordered the 1/2 chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli it was so delicious and brought back memories. We will be back for sure when we are in the area again. If your in the area, I recommend giving this place a try!“

“I really liked the place. The restaurant is very cute inside and has a nice bar. We ordered a couple margaritas which were good. The all you can eat chips were amazing along with the salsa. My only complaint was my dinner was so spicy and it was just fish tacos. My other friends also complained about the same thing. One had shrimp tacos and the other shrimp enchiladas. I've been to many Mexican restaurants and don't remember those types of dishes being that spicy. All in all I would come back again as drinks and chips were very good.“

She said I got you and made me an absolutely delicious vodka with other mixes drink. It was exactly what I needed. The drink was just as refreshing as being able to walk into a place distraught and be immediately met with comfort and a kind engaging personality. She definitely makes this bar what it is and I will be returning on her next shift.“

My love and I would normally not be anywhere near Villa Park, but we tagged along with our friends for an eats-and-drinks excursion in the 'burbs earlier this summer. We stopped in for some drinks here, and there is an extensive list of beverages to choose from. The interior is plastered with all sorts of beer memorabilia and other random fun things. “Today is Feb. 19th. 2021. 4 of us went to Eddie's for the famous fish fry. It was truly excellent. And the tartar sauce is brilliantly different. What impressed me the most is the social distancing that's happening inside at the tables. I was concerned however they did a great job and kept well within the state's/towns guidelines. This was my first time eating in a restaurant since the pandemic started almost a year ago. The atmosphere is very chill and the service is good. the blonde bartender is the best (No names) The only reason I did not give Service and Atmosphere 5 stars is because there were a couple of instances where we walked in and were not greeted by anyone. The bar had not been cleaned from previous customers (empty drinks, dirty glasses, and food crumbs) and there was no clean spot to sit. We stood there for almost 5 minutes, watching the bartender talk to some guy at the corner end of the bar. She never even looked up for us to get her attention. “I had my wife’s birthday celebration dinner (party of 12) at 5:30 pm yesterday (located in the private dinning room). The entire experience - start to end was beautifully executed by the management and staff. An absolutely outstanding experience! The table was beautifully decorated, the room was very appealing, and very importantly the entire restaurant is acoustically set up to allow for comfortable table conversation (it’s not too loud).The waiter, Nate (Nathan), was very professional, attentive, and proficient. He had a great personality and sense of humor. The service was as good as it can get! The other’s assigned to our table did a nice job executing good service as well. The quality (in every regard) of all of our meal choices was absolutely superb! We eat out often (Italian and otherwise), you can’t get a better tasting meal at this price point anywhere else.Closing thought: my wife and I, as well as another couple frequent this establishment occasionally throughout the years, and it is always consistently an outstanding experience.I would highly recommend you consider this restaurant for your future dinning needs.Thank you - everyone involved last night! “My 1st time here.Excellent place for good food and live entertainment. I had the largest fried Shrimp ever and they were amazing.We went for the fantastic Shindig 60's band, the top local band in the Chicago area. They were outstanding, as usual.The band stage was WAY too small but worked. It needs to be reconfigured to a larger size and the lighting needs to be adjusted because taking pictures didn't work.My suggestions :1. Remove the tv's since you're really not a good venue as a sports bar. Add more tables under the tv's.2. Expand the band area and include an area for dancing. Too many people were dancing around the tables.5 separate dining areas. Lots of seating.I rated 5stars because it was an exceptional situation with St. Patrick's Day, the staff was overwhelmed with the crowds but were amazing under the circumstances.03/16/24 was St. Paddy day celebration.We had a reservation 1 month in advance. Thank goodness. But we still waited 30 minutes for our table because the wait staff wouldn't get the previous people to leave our table. This needs to be adjusted.Parking: Free parking but on an occasion, like St Patrick's day, get there early.“
