“This place does deserve actually a 5 star rating for the products that they produce. Have wonderful croissants as well as cheese filled crepes... It's just if you are not A Polish speaking person, They tend to Treat you differently. I'm sorry that I have to say that. But anytime I had gone in there that was the way they made you feel. “I always have a good experience at this location. I always use the drive thru and they are so pleasant. They ask if you want a straw. They don’t give attitude for having to give a straw. The Addison location is literally 2 minutes from my house but the girl that usually works the drive thru there doesn’t offer a straw and always gives an attitude if you ask for one. I just don’t appreciate rudeness for something as trivial as a straw. Plus, they can be pretty slow too. Its quicker to go to this Bloomingdale location and get friendly, quick service. So I’ve decided to travel the extra time to go to this location instead from now on. Coffee is always made perfectly too.“
“I was in the area from Chicago and stopped by today around 1pm for half off drink Thursday. By far the BEST & FRIENDLIEST location I’ve ever been to. An older woman wearing a red jumper took my order and she was the sweetest and so lively. Regret not telling her she made my day with her service. Another barista hands me my Strawberry Açaí and comments that she loves my name ?“
“I want to give a great review for the night manager Clint. I work nights a lot and I frequent this restaurant regularly. Clint pay attention to his customers and he makes sure to say hi and ask our night is. The food comes out quickly and correct. I know it's a chain store but your management and employees make your store. See if you're in the area stop in grab a drink or some food and say hi to this great night shift.“

“I have stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts on a handful of occasions after doing business with a studio in the nearby vicinity. The staff has always been friendly.Generally speaking, the breakfast sandwiches have come out as expected. This time around, I tried two new wraps, and overall they each get a two out of five stars. One was the chorizo and egg wrap, and the other was the chicken and roasted red pepper wrap. Each were smaller than expected and were loaded with sauce on the inside. Both did not resemble the Dunkin’ Donuts official picture. See website.The main ingredients got lost respectively in the sauce and cheese. Overall the chorizo wrap was the better of the two.The iced coffee with the specifics I usually get wasn’t made very well, and it appeared that there was a newer training employee. That’s OK because everybody has to learn.I still drank it :-).I also wasn’t given any napkins in my bag, and again I think it’s because it was a newer employee. She was very very nice and I’m sure she’ll get feedback from others.The exterior of this Dunkin’ Donuts is more modern and nice looking, and I’ve never been in the interior.Overall from the collective experiences, I would still give this Dunkin’ Donuts about a 3.75 stars. be careful because it’s off a very busy street.Overall, when I need a Dunkin’ Donuts fix, I’m so appreciative that this location exists where it does, before I get back on the highway.“
“One of the better McDonald's I've eaten at. Their decorations, atmosphere is very nice. Unfortunately like many fast food restaurants, they are short staffed. One needs patience. The staff that are working here, are some of best McDonald's workers.“

“The Strawberry Banana bowl tasted awesome and I loved the amount of toppings that came with the bowls! The place is also very neat and pretty! Service was also great, they’re very kind and seem to actually care about whether you enjoyed the food or not. All in all, definitely pay this place a visit! “This is not a bad review. The food is good. They no longer serve Bougatsa or Baked Oatmeal. Disappointing. More disappointing was being charged $1.79 for extra gravy on my hot turkey sandwich. We were told that the owner/manager believes that the amount of gravy on the hot sandwich is sufficient. It was not enough as far as I was concerned and maybe others feel the same. I mean ....... it's a little scoop of gravy???“
