“I have stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts on a handful of occasions after doing business with a studio in the nearby vicinity. The staff has always been friendly.Generally speaking, the breakfast sandwiches have come out as expected. This time around, I tried two new wraps, and overall they each get a two out of five stars. One was the chorizo and egg wrap, and the other was the chicken and roasted red pepper wrap. Each were smaller than expected and were loaded with sauce on the inside. Both did not resemble the Dunkin’ Donuts official picture. See website.The main ingredients got lost respectively in the sauce and cheese. Overall the chorizo wrap was the better of the two.The iced coffee with the specifics I usually get wasn’t made very well, and it appeared that there was a newer training employee. That’s OK because everybody has to learn.I still drank it :-).I also wasn’t given any napkins in my bag, and again I think it’s because it was a newer employee. She was very very nice and I’m sure she’ll get feedback from others.The exterior of this Dunkin’ Donuts is more modern and nice looking, and I’ve never been in the interior.Overall from the collective experiences, I would still give this Dunkin’ Donuts about a 3.75 stars. be careful because it’s off a very busy street.Overall, when I need a Dunkin’ Donuts fix, I’m so appreciative that this location exists where it does, before I get back on the highway.“

“It’s no surprise that there is are all 5 star reviews. One of the best cakes I’ve had. I planned an office event in February highlighting black owned businesses and last minute found this bakery. I came towards the end of the day so the only thing available was a frozen cake. I was definitely skeptical but the cashier said it would taste just fine once let it sit out a bit. It was so moist, it was amazing. 10/10 that was a frozen cake so I can only imagine what the fresh cupcakes taste like.“

“We stopped in for a special treat. They had a good selection of donuts. The shop was decorated nicely and the man who was working there was inviting, helpful and nice. We decided on 6 donuts, Boston creams, pistachio, blueberry cheesecake, apple cider and bacon maple. We enjoyed them all! The prices are average for this type of shop and it does have a nice area to sit and eat if you want to do that. Overall, I recommend stopping in for a delicious donut. We will be going back whenever we are in Elmhurst again.“

“I went through the drive-thru to get a ?RAINBOW CONE? for my birthday. It was my first time ever, and I was not disappointed!!!There are several flavors of ice cream available by the pint or quart. They pack it FRESH. I bought a quart of the Lemon Raspberry Swirl and a quart of the Big Muddy for later. YUMMY!!! They even included cones wrapped in paper that could be used for sharing.The corner location at the traffic signal on Roosevelt Road makes for easy entering/exiting. Parking is plentiful.????My ?RAINBOW CONE? on the waffle cone was fantastic!!! My only difficulty was NOT trying every flavor. “I am sharing this review on behalf of my mom who experienced the best service, tastiest hamburgers and freshly baked Lemon Blueberry Scones. She and her friends play cards every Saturday, most times after playing they go out for dinner; they have tried the location in Itasca for breakfast before cards, but they wanted to check them out afterwards for a burger. They called ahead to see what time they were closing; the person who answered said they were getting ready to close but offered to stay open to make some burgers for them, they placed their order ahead of time so not to keep the staff stay open any longer, when they arrived the burgers were coming off the grill. She commented how the burger was just the right size (she is not a fan of thick burgers), her friend asks if they had any Lemon Blueberry Scones available; they did not but had some scones prepared for baking in the morning and decided to bake off some for them as well. My mom purchased three! I believe the one who serviced them was one of the partners, she invited them to come play large enough to seat the teams and decks of cards nicely. Service like this goes way above and beyond the norm these days, she said she was going to tell her friends about this experience and are plan on meeting there for breakfast before playing cards next week. In this day and time, it is nice to see others care for our seniors with care and respect. It will go a long way... So, if you have never tried Joe Donut in Itasca for their cake donuts, or breakfast or even the hamburgers for lunch - this reviewer would recommend you do so... you will not be disappointed; especially when it comes to their service. “I can't believe this place has been here all this time and I only just found it. Best donuts in the area. If you just like donuts, this will certainly satisfy, but if you're the foodie type, you can tell from the flavors, presentation, and balance that these are made by people with culinary technique. “Lovely good cake donuts as the base of things. Delightful flavor combinations already worked out on the menu and we also made one from scratch ourselves. Got the salted caramel, the boston crème pie, the m&m and made a caramel icing with graham crackers topping with raspberry drizzle. Coffee was decent too which is a plus. Would definitely recommend as a breakfast treat.“

“This place was great. We stopped in this morning I had the green bowl & the Oreo donut. I have no idea how he got the bowl of the base so light & airy. Normally bowls are dense, it was not at all, I really enjoyed it. Husband got the peanut lovers shake. It was all so good. It was filling & satisfying. The setup is great, loved the post it note wall.The owner was super friendly & welcoming. He said he’d been in business one year, hope he has many more years of success. He has a great shop.Dietary restrictions: I’m soy & dairy intolerant & there were plenty of options on the menu for me to enjoy.“

“Was in the area and had to make a stop back to Mochinut. The flavors this week looked really good. I love the texture and chewiness of these donuts. They are light and not overly sweet. We enjoyed the original glazed and churro at the store. My sister was expecting the glazed to be a sugar rush. But to her surprise it wasn't too sweet, but perfect! She had her first mochiball and loved the strawberry filling. Great little after noon treat to enjoy with hot tea on this frigid cold weekend!“

“Ordered online through Grubhub/Yelp the day before. I was a little confused by the ordering system for a half dozen/full dozen, but just selected full dozen and added the donuts I wanted in the comment section. The order was ready when I got there, and all the donuts were delicious. Loved the Boston and Bavarian cream, as well as the long johns and buttermilk donut. Donuts are a good size and they put a good amount of filling in the filled donuts. Will be back for sure to try the others!“

“The employee (young lady) you have working the store right this very moment ( Saturday, July 15th at 5:33pm) needs help with customer service. We walked in the empty store to spend money and she did not greet us. Also, when we inquired about whether the store had muffins her response was (with a nasty attitude) "whatever is in there." Needless to say we left without spending a dime. Please train your staff better.“

“Best pastries around!! My favs are the onion roll and the chocolate cream ones. We also always get the crustless bread. I've even gotten my daughter into loving the turtles. We also get the bun with the hot dog inside and a few others. I will say it does get crowded but it's goes relatively fast. And there are trays with tongs to grab the pastries yourself. The staff are super friendly and helpful and inside is cute with cute decor. Also get the tiramsu! Def would recommend to anybody and will always keep coming myself.“

“I wanted to send a HUGE shout out to Dion, general manager of the Oakbrook Terrace location. A few weeks ago I put in a large order for my daughter's birthday party. I was expecting to have around 72 donuts and two boxes of coffee delivered at 9am on a Saturday. Apparently there was an issue or glitch of some kind with the third party who manages online ordering/delivery. I received an email at 4am the morning of my daughter's party that my order was cancelled as a result. I called the Oakbrook Terrace location at 6am in a panic and Dion saved the day! He put in my order manually, ran the payment without issue, and got the order out for a 9:00am delivery. Not only that but he was kind, understanding, and very tolerant of a woman panicking about donuts at 6am. Thank you, thank you Dion!Kid-friendliness: The mini-donuts are perfect for little hands. Plus, they are cute!“

“I received an ad in the mail today, and decided to purchase over a dozen of these donuts. At first bite, they are incredible: soft, smooth, and a right blend of frosting and pastry.
