“Great service, professional and it is one of the best Dunkin' donuts places that have been to. I know employee that makes me the best iced coffee during happy hours. Happy hours are between 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Any size coffee you want is two bucks with tax. I usually get my iced coffee on Mondays and Fridays. Also make sure you ask for a less ice on your ice coffee because they they tend to cheat on you with more ice than the liquid. It's the same method that they use with Starbucks drinks and other restaurants. Make sure you keep an eye on it and be extra careful. And have a great day! ???????????????????“

“Stopped in on a rainy afternoon to pick some doughnuts up for my family and the workers were the absolute sweetest. Best doughnuts myself and my family have had in a while!! They had a $5 for 4 doughnuts deal which I also thought was a steal! Definitely stop in to support this local shop :)“

“We stopped in for a special treat. They had a good selection of donuts. The shop was decorated nicely and the man who was working there was inviting, helpful and nice. We decided on 6 donuts, Boston creams, pistachio, blueberry cheesecake, apple cider and bacon maple. We enjoyed them all! The prices are average for this type of shop and it does have a nice area to sit and eat if you want to do that. Overall, I recommend stopping in for a delicious donut. We will be going back whenever we are in Elmhurst again.“

“This is a wonderful locally owned coffee shop with great coffee, homemade syrups, delicious food, and yummy sweets (including vegan and gluten free options). The vibe is very lively and the number of regulars that filter in and out all day are a testament to its standing in the neighborhood. There is ample FREE parking. Overall 5 stars!!“

“Simple but great donut shop. Fresh donuts daily. The donuts are very good. I bought donuts at 5am. And was eating some of them at 5pm. And they were still very fresh. A couple were ate the next day. Still good. Just needed to be warmed and up a little. You could never do that with a Dunkin donut. 10/10.“

“I wanted to send a HUGE shout out to Dion, general manager of the Oakbrook Terrace location. A few weeks ago I put in a large order for my daughter's birthday party. I was expecting to have around 72 donuts and two boxes of coffee delivered at 9am on a Saturday. Apparently there was an issue or glitch of some kind with the third party who manages online ordering/delivery. I received an email at 4am the morning of my daughter's party that my order was cancelled as a result. I called the Oakbrook Terrace location at 6am in a panic and Dion saved the day! He put in my order manually, ran the payment without issue, and got the order out for a 9:00am delivery. Not only that but he was kind, understanding, and very tolerant of a woman panicking about donuts at 6am. Thank you, thank you Dion!Kid-friendliness: The mini-donuts are perfect for little hands. Plus, they are cute!“

“Place is inside a food court. We arrived around 10:30 and they had all the vegan offerings still there. Everything was good. We got three vegan donuts and a regular one. “I stopped coming to this location because of the lack of cleanliness and professionalism but I just so happen to stop in the other day to grab a coffee really quick. I didn’t expect a complete 180 when I came. Hector the new manager is doing an amazing job with turning the store around for better. I didn’t have one complaint. They we’re so friendly as soon as I walked through the door greeting me with smiles. He even showed me how to use the app for points and all that good stuff. The place was spotless compared to last year. Bathrooms were clean and smelled good for a change. Lobby was well organized and not thrown together like before. I almost sat down just to take it all on but I was running late for work. 10/10 improvement! I can honestly say that they have made me a believer.
