“I stopped coming here awhile ago because the staff was very rude, and would not do their job and just talk the entire time.BUT, recently went to Starbucks a few days ago and they were the best. The drinks got out fast and the atmosphere was nice and friendly. Stayed for a bit to sketch and talk.“
“The employees of this establishment make my Hot Carmel Macchiato the best, and I am picky, so I do decaf extra pumps of vanilla, three sugar packets stirred in, and two on the side. I bring my favorite cup that I purchased from Starbucks. The employees are courteous and nice. Some other locations are not as friendly as this one. Did I mention lots of caramel Drizzle and always lots of crema!!!!!“
“We came here for our anniversary and went out on a limb for somewhere a little higher quality than we're used to and WOW. It truly was one of the best food experiences I've ever had. Not only were the staff congratulating us on our anniversary and making us feel special they went out the way to answer all our questions and deliver us the best food I've ever eaten. If you're thinking about it then go for it. It's worth it.“
“What a hidden Gem! I work in Chicago near midway and always looking for a good spot for breakfast and coffee. This place has it all. Very good coffee, very cool staff and a great atmosphere to enjoy a tasty breakfast and coffee. I had a drip and a cold brew to go. Both were good, I particularly enjoyed the cold brew. Very smooth with light notes of chocolate. They have outdoor seating as well in warm weather with a nice area for dogs. I was told there is also live music as well. Come out and support your local businesses and avoid chains. I highly recommend this place! It’s better than Latte Larry’s and Mocha Joe’s!“
“The food was delicious, however I wish they came in smaller portions. I came by myself and would have liked to try a few things but 12 dumplings per servings was a lot. Also for tea you can only order a pot, so again not very good if you're alone. For some reason they don't validate parking even though they are right across from one of the Chinatown lots and come up as a restaurant in Chinatown when googled. Cost me $8 instead of $2 and would have been $12 had I stayed past 60 minutes.“
“This is my second time here at chi tiva. I visit the location downtown first and second time at the Worth, IL location. My experience completely different from the first time around. I visit location downtown informing workers my first time how they offered to let us sample slushy flavors nice jester….they did not inform me of dosage and explain how it may possibly affect first timer. With that being said I ordered 50mg coffee taking a few sips and telling my sister she immediately told me to go back to check out and order a 10mg let them know it was my first time. I can say my experience second time around at the Worth location with Lori she greeted us and explained everything we were interested in getting letting us know dosages and tolerance level. I mentioned at the end I really appreciate her customer service and explaining super knowledgeable. I told myself I would probably not come back but this experience definitely worth coming back when in town. Thank you!“
“I brought my 4 and 1-year-old here and we all loved it! We tried the sushi, the noodles, the donut, the carrot cake, and a juice and it was all really tasty and filling. I definitely recommend this restaurant to any vegan as well as any non-vegan.Dietary restrictions: It’s gluten-free, vegan, mostly raw with some cooked items. Low sugar.Kid-friendliness: Fun music, bright and natural light, yummy options“
“I love this place! I love the colors, the decoration - the artwork is just brilliant! And compared to other coffee spots in Pilsen, it has a fair amount of seating options for those that like to stay and do work/study. The staff is friendly! I totally love going to this place.“
“I would like to give credit to Nicole in the drive thru for always getting my order right and having excellent customer service. After working 13 hrs I always stop at McDonald's on my way home from work it's always super late but Nicole is always super polite and efficient.“
